I went to FCLV & nfcares and games were played with me the whole entire time.
and I was treated like a low class citizen, most of the time and they did'nt know what to charge me because they were over charging me.So my husband and I began our quest again.
We saw Dr. Eva Litman's name before and decided to give her a try so made us feel so relax alike aprt of the family type feeling so in turn because of that I feel my body responded to treatment really well better than all other times. I am sure that this will be sucessful.

I am a true real life infertility story. After trying to conceive for a few years, we decided to consult Las Vegas's first reproductive specialist. What a horrible experience. We were treated like a bank account, the staff as well as the doctor himself was cold and disingenuous and their prices are outrageous, claiming you're paying for world class.
After deciding not to go ahead with any further treatment through this doctor. We got a recommendation for Dr. Littman. What a difference.
She never gave us the strictly clinical feel of a professional without the human contact and warmth. She genuinely cares about each patient and what she's doing to help each case. She and her staff are very professional and sensitive to the patients. It was a blessing to have found her after spending so much money at the other doctor.
Her prices are competitive and her service is truly world class!
We are ecstatic with the results and the entire journey to have our new baby.

I am in the process as we speak of my 2nd IUI. My 1st IUI was a complete disaster (I went to The Fertility Center of Las Vegas for that one) Let me explain the difference between my 1st experiance the the experiance I have with this blessing..this Angel.. Dr.Littman. 1) Dr.Shapiro at FCLV was very cold, always rushing, no explainations for anything, and your lucky if you see him 3 times out of the entire process. Dr Littman on the other hand is there for every appointment, answers all questions, warm from the 1st appointment and on. 2) FCLV is a scam. They will tell you your insurance does not cover anything. Dr. Littman's staff explained that my insurnace covers all except the sonohystogram which is only 500.00 compared to nearly 1,000 at the other clinic.3) The staff know you by name, knows what your coming in for without questions asked just by looking at your face. They are always smiling and you can see it in their eyes that this is place you want to be when you decide to start a family. She is amazing in everyway. A blessing.

Red Rock Fertility experience was the best by far. After TTC for 6 years and failed IUI attempts we knew our next option was IVF. We were patients of 2 other clinics in LV and did not have a good experience. Before moving to IVF we deided to interview 2 other doctor's in Las Vegas and after meeting Dr.Littman both myself and husband knew we were in the right hands. The office staff is wonderful, warm and friendly and always available, even on the weekends. There were times when I had a questions late in the evening and on the weekends regarding my medication and the staff was very responsive to afterhours calls. The office wait time was always acceptable and Dr.Littman saw us at every appointment and also called us with pregnancy results VS hearing from a nurse. In the end we had a positive result and are expecting our first baby early June. I would "highly" recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing pregnancy difficulties.

We had been trying for close to 2 years for a baby and as soon as I went in to see Dr. Littman I felt a calmness come over me. She was caring and gave us hope that we would be getting pregnant. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I really liked how I saw Dr. Littman every time I had an appointment. She was very patient with our questions and I never felt rushed. My husband really liked her as well, and that sais alot! He is very sceptical of doctors. I would recommend Red Rock Fertility to anyone having problems trying to conceive. We are Due next spring for our first baby!

What a terrible office. They have no honor or integrity. Dr. Litman is quiet the doctor. All she wants is my money and has given us no hope without doing IVF, it's ridiculous.
I think it's funny that she has her assistants write her reviews for her. I know she does that because I know one of them personally. What a fake!!! Maybe you should opt for some integrity!!

I almost gave up after going to FCLV who treat you like a number. But I am glad I didn't because Dr. Littman makes you feel like your her only patient. The staff are so warm and friendly. They make you so related in a stressfull time. Now I am 10 weeks pregnant. I would recomment Red Rock Fertility Center to anyone.

This place ROCKS!!!!! The customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. The wait was never long and every appointment was with the doctor. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. When I called the office with questions the response was immediate. I never felt like I was in the dark. The doctor was even available on weekends if necessary. 6 failed IUI attempts with another doctor. I had great luck and the expertise showed at this office. Pregnant first IVF attempt- Almost 3 1/2 months PREGGO. Thanks Again-Your Awesome!!

Dr. Eva Littman is simply the best!
After over a year of trying to conceive, and a negative experience with a larger fertility clinic, we decided to visit Dr. Littman's office, and what a difference! The staff is warm & friendly, they take the time to get to know you and are willing to work with your insurance. And the best part--you see Dr. Littman at each and every appointment.
We had unexplained fertility, but Dr . Littman was confident I could get pregnant, and on our second round of IUI, we did! We are now expecting a baby this fall!

After trying to conceive for 2 years and trying various treatments, we embarked on our second cycle of IVF with Eva's clinic. Immediately I could tell that her clinic was different to the others - it was much more relaxed and we could speak to Eva directly and feel confident that she would be involved in our treatment from start to end. The protocol that Eva had us on was completely different from our previous treatment and it worked. So thanks to Eva and her clinic I'm now 22+ weeks pregnant with twins and we're ecstatic. I can't recommend Eva and the clinic enough and we're just so grateful and thankful that at last our longed for pregnancy has been achieved and everything is going so well.

After trying for over a year to get pregnant, fate brought us to Dr. Eva Littman. From the end of our initial consultation when she looked at us and said, "You WILL be pregnant!", we knew she was the right choice for us. Dr. Littman and her staff are incredible! The only downside comes around week #10 of your pregnancy when you have to move on to your regular OB! The special treatment and personal attention is extremely hard to leave. I cannot say enough about Dr. Eva Littman, her staff and her practice!
Our first child is due on April 21st and we owe it all to Dr. Littman! :)

Since we were not able to get pregnant on our own, we turned to Dr. Littman for her help and we immediately knew that she was the doctor for us. Dr. Littman and her staff are the most kind, caring and compassionate people you will find in the medical field. It is easy to feel completely at ease as soon as you meet Dr. Littman - she is warm and welcoming. We have lived in many places through the years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER received better medical care then at the office of Dr. Littman. As a result of IVF (first time success), we are currently pregnant with twins and are simply thrilled. We are forever grateful to Dr. Littman and and her staff for making our dreams come true!

Dr. Littman and her staff are amazing! Red Rock Fertility is our 3rd infertility clinic that we have seen in Las Vegas and by far the best! You form an immediate bond with her because she REALLY cares about YOU! You aren't just a number and when going through treatment, you crave for the personal connection with your doctor. You will find that here. Additionally, her education says it all. Good luck on your quest to be a parent!

A five star rating does Dr. Littman no justice. She is as caring, compassionate, educated, and well spoken doctor as any we have ever encountered. In short, she and her staff came through for us when, by any measure, the likelihood of us being able to conceive was doubtful at best.
We were diagnosed with PCOS after trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant for almost a year. After going through the course of treatment and the emotional hurdles that accompany infertility problems, we finally reached our harvest day in August of 2007. That happy day soon turned black as we found we only had seven potentially viable eggs instead of the twenty to thirty we were hoping for. The news was hard to take, but Dr. Littman was a calming presence in what was one of the most disappointing days of our lives. Her honesty, candor, and professionalism were really the only reason why we were able to emotionally process the potential devastation that being infertile can wreak upon a marriage. When we left that day we knew we were facing extremely long odds of ever becoming pregnant. We only had three total embryos that were deemed to be worth freezing. Despite the odds, all three of those embryos survived, and we decided to implant all of themt. The ten days between implantation and pregnancy results were excruciating, but the words will never be forgotten: "Oh she's pregnant alright - and it looks like more than one."
On March 18, 2008 we gave birth to twin girls - 15 weeks premature. Colbie weighed 1 lb 6 oz and Kenna weighed 1 lb 5 oz. They had a 50% chance of survival. We faced dismal prospects of ever bringing home two healthy girls. But 113 days later, we brought home our two happy, healthy baby girls.
Please know that miracles do happen! Good people like Dr. Littman work tirelessly so that people like us can have a chance to have the child (children) we have dreamed of all our lives. Please let our story be an inspiration for you: NEVER GIVE UP!!
