Great Experience shopping for engagement rings! 5 Star Rating - World class

From the moment that I walked in the door of diamonds chicago I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The people were warm and friendly and very knowledgable. Their selection of settings is fantastic and they have so many that it was hard to choose! They showed me many diamonds withing my price range and found the perfect one for me. The prices are great and they can set the diamond same dayif you plan ahead and go in the morning. I would highly recommend this store and had a first rate experience.

Pros: Great customer service! quality, quanitity and variety of settings and diamonds is fantastic
Cons: Hours could be better, but they are very accomodating with scheduling appointments.

Not a good experience 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

My experience with Diamonds Chicago was poor at best. Unfortunately the staff did little to make me feel like a welcomed or spend the time to understand what it was I was looking for.
