When there are a dozen companies all doing the same thing, I think it comes down to two things: accountability and personality. David with AccuAir has proven to me that both of those issues are at the top of his list. He has great knowledge, but beyond that, he makes me comfortable in my home in ways that go beyond proper heating and cooling.
