Overall, he was excellent. Friendly, professional, easygoing. Ken was the first person to contact us and was always quick to respond to our inquiries. He arrived on-time, cleaned up after the work every day, was friendly and easy to talk to, and completed the project below the estimate. As far as the quality of the work, he was very neat and precise. The exhaust fan/light is working perfectly and the repair and paint job looks great. The only concern we had at first was one spot where the seam of the patch on the ceiling was uneven, but we now find we can't see it unless we look very carefully for it in a certain light.
