That was a satisfactory experience, but when we have brought it in for service, I feel that we are being taken advantage of. The service people recommended a service that wasn't even in the car's manual anywhere which made me feel like they just wanted to take our money. We used their service dept. because we would get a free rental car, but finally decided it isn't worth it. I hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Just tell me what REALLY needs to be done to the car and don't make up things just to increase my bill.
