These are honest guys. I was skeptic that I didn't have to wait two weeks for my granite after cabinets were set but it is true, if they measure good and have a good working relationship with the granite co. it is possible. These are those kinds of guys. They had my kitchen pulled out and a new one placed in essentially two weeks. The painters took a week after that but I was able to cook and function in my kitchen. No horror stories if you get the right people. Going with a contractor also pays for itself. The percentage you pay will be found in discounts from retail pricing. John knows how to save a dime when picking materials.
