My carpets didn't come clean enough, they were soaked, as were the tile floors next to them. They did not put protectors under my chairlegs, so my carpet now has rust spots from the furniture. I called them to come out and reclean the rust spots, and they never came, or even called me back. And the technician said if I paid in cash, I wouldn't have to pay sales tax, so he was a dishonest cheat. Yuck!

I do not recommend this company. All they do is soak your carpet and or furniture. I would not give them a half of a star.Do not use this company. The guys were not professional.
