We had our class reunion at the Best Western in Keene recently. Our bartender disappeared for an hour, the ballroom smelled funky, and the desk staff was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. How disappointing. There are definitely better choices for events in Keene!
My stay at the Best Western was a real treat. I was given a weekend getaway from my friends and I enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean, the staff polite and helpful. The pool is beautiful and also very clean. The stay was a very good value and I highly reccommend a stay there.
The rooms are adequate. I found the lobby to have a strong odor and to be very outdated. Rooms could use some TLC. The facility appears to be understaffed (line at the registration area). Food in the restaurant is average.
