We had so many leaks after the first roof they installed that they had to rip it off and reroof . It is now leaking again...

horrible - 6 months and counting, they are the most unprofessional company I have had to deal with in many a year! NO project management skills - and they are in it to milk you Insurance company and still take money out of your pocket. I am still waiting for the final inspection for the roof replacement yet they have already issued a final invoice and after repeated calls/complaints no one from their office has contacted me. Today I received a notice from a lawyer for Chad Nikkel and Quality contractors stating that Colorado Roofing has defaulted on the loan that they are in debt to him for and that my payment should go to Chad and Quality. Well the final inspection is still not done and what recourse do I have? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If there was a way to go back in time, and erase the day when this company showed up to replace our roof!! Do not use this company- they are a disaster in the making. There was a complete lack of communication time and time again- with them sending workers to our home without scheduling anything with us. They left debris and nails all around the yard after they were finished (we have 2 dogs). They tried to send us a revised invoice months after the contract was agreed to, for amounts that they "forgot" to include. Each time we called to discuss, the person who sent the invoice had already left the company. They claimed the job was finished when the flashings were clearly crushed, and a number of shingles were defective. This is the first experience with a company where I have felt so compelled to save another person from a disaster like what we have experienced. Do yourself a favor and use someone...anyone else. I feel like we owe them a bill for all of our time that they have wasted over the past 6 months... yep- 6 months.

Colorado Roofing & Exteriors replaced our roof and gutters and did a great job. They helped with our insurance company and even though their schedule was a little backed up they were definitely worth the wait. The yard was cleaned up better then when they arrived and the crew and salesperson handled the entire process for us from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. We love our new roof

I think they are a great local roofing company. All my experiences have been really outstanding. I have recommended them to several friends who also report good things. They helped one friend of mine get full coverage from the insurance company that previously rejected a full replacement claim. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me for a good roofing company.

I know the history of these storm-chasers, they have bought this name from a real Colorado company, they used to work under the name Kape Roofing until the original owner of that company pulled his name back. Make NO MISTAKE-this company and it's owner Chad Nikkel are sleazy business people.
