Very professional. Understood both the financial side of the insulation business (they know which rebates you qualify for, will fill out the paperwork for you, and are flexible about payment) and the technical side. For example, they were the only company that I talked to that was familar with old Victorian houses, back-plaster in particular. Even offered to come back when it was warmer and repaint any scratches in the siding.
