I joined Dahn yoga in January 06 and after 3 years became a lifetime member! Dahn combines stretching, breathing, meditation, vibration and tai chi resulting in deep inner experiences, the opportunity for self exploration and understanding, and feelings of inner peace. there are many health benefits associated with this too and my own goals of stress relief and exercise are met every time. the masters are very experienced and teach constantly about mind body spirit. i recommend everyone try it with an open mind.
