I've used many area handyman companies and found most of those
"franchise listings" to be high priced and less than adequate in performance.
I am convinced that the Heritage Handyman goes out of his way to complete a quality job
at an affordable price.
There's not much that he'll turn down, as he's familiar with a great deal of Home related projects. Even when he's busy, Stan is worth waiting for. ...

While getting some Christmas decorations from the attic recently my son fell through the ceiling. He's OK, and my ceiling was repaired and re-textured expertly by this guy in less than a week after it happened! His pricing was reasonable and I found him to be a perfectionist as well as honest and reliable.

I just had my house prepped for painting by the Heritage Handyman. He gave a reasonable estimate and completed the work in a timely manner.
Stan installed new weather resistant Hardy Board in several areas of soffit and fascia including the curved trim around two windows that needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with both his quality and service, and will have him return in a few weeks to screen my patio, install a ceiling fan and do some additional electrical work...
