Extremely Flexible class times, the best instructors in town, always encouraging and inviting, you always leave better than when you arrived, a great overall workout as well as a mind and body focus for your week.

Guys are not going to feel comfortable in this romper room decorated studio that discusses the direction of nipples and massages the barebelly of pregnant women. I am so disturbed after this experience

The instructors are very informative and don't just stand at the front of the room to instruct the class but make sure you are doing the moves correctly! \r

I've done Yoga before but here you truly get your $$ worth. The classes are full of moves to get you immediately sweating to release the toxins and build up the metabolism. I went for my first visit today and will be back tomorrow!

There is no yoga like DPYP yoga! Whether you are a type-A athlete looking for a great workout or a couch potato looking to get moving, DPYP is for you. Suze & the instructors allow you to just be YOU in class....expression (& stress relief) through sound & vibration, modifications shown for every level - beginner to advanced - so that you can fit the pose to your body, & the instructors interact by demonstrating & adjusting to help you continue to grow in your practice. There are over 20 different routines (and Suze is always adding to this:) taught here, combined with traditional & ""contemporary"" music so that no two classes are ever the same. On a personal note, Suze & DPYP has changed my life....it is a great place to get a workout if that's what you're looking for, but if you are someone who is looking for something beyond a workout.....healing (whether emotional or physical), or a deeper connection with your Self....I encourage you to call for your ""first time free"" guest pass. You will not regret it! P.S. If you are new to yoga, or if you have had other not-so-great yoga experiences, do not be scared to try DPYP. There are male & female practitioners of every shape, size, age, level, race, you name it....everyone is welcome here. There's no competition or judgment, and you can feel the positive energy from Suze & her staff the moment you walk through the door! Awesome!!!

Pros: Best Yoga

.

DPYP is a great place to do yoga no matter what level you are at. The teachers are really good at helping correct poses and offering different options for each. All your worries will be gone by the end of class and you'll notice improvements in body very quickly. Everyone is so nice - no judging here. Most members have been around for years - such a wonderful testament to the studio!

I would like to share a little personal info in this review in hopes that it can help others experiencing similar situations.

I am typically one to use natural remedies if at all possible for most situations. However, over the last couple of years of worsening anxiety/depression issues due to accumulated stress, I felt I had no choice but to try some different psych meds to try to get it under control. The meds were a horrible experience and I was not on them for more than a couple of months. I started back to Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga Plus just after the medication trial and after about 6 weeks of consistently going to this yoga studio I feel better now than I have in the last 5 years! I feel that the anxiety symptoms I have been experiencing for the last few years are nearly completely gone and I actually feel ""normal"" again.

This yoga studio not only focuses on the physical workout, but also consciously focuses on the emotional/mental state in an extremely positive way.

In addition to the stress/anxiety symptom relief, I have shed a few pounds, have more energy and feel my confidence coming back!

There are other good yoga studios out there in the metroplex and I have tried most of them, but i have never received so many awesome benefits from one yoga practice anywhere but Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga Plus.

Highly Recommended!!

Pros: Strength, flexibility, Cardio & stress relief in one workout

I've never been pushed to do more than I feel I can do in any given class, but I've always been challenged to ask myself if the bar I've set is really as high as it can and should be. I can't grow physically or spiritually without that challenge, but I've come to understand that I can't grow when I push myself to do things that are truly beyond my capabilities in that moment. I take that balance with me when I leave, and that balance is truly the essence of my personal growth. I've learned that, and much more, through DPYP!

Learning is a constant state of being for Suze. She raises the bar for herself and challenges me to my personal best. While at the same time reminding me to listen to my body because I am the one who knows what my personal best is for any given day. Her presentation is fresh and thorough and allows for me to further my mind and body to open and explore new thoughts and movements.

The quality of any place is = to the quality of the owner, and Suze Curtis is the best.! You cannot find a more exhuberant soul who gives everyone her all to make them feel good about themselves. She is a teacher, leader, businesswoman extraordinaire, and her studio has been flourishing all these years because of her love and care for each person that enters and her ever-expanding knowledge of yoga. The people that come here are incredible and are magnetized by Suze's incredible energy and the lovely staff she has. Hats off to this studio!

Before going to Suze's, I did not enjoy yoga. I have been at Suze's for over a year now and only miss a class if I am out of town. I get an amazing workout everytime I attend class. I have learned to incorporate the breathing and sound and vibration into my daily life to ward off stress. I have made a new family of friends. It has been an amazing experience to witness so much positive change in my life and I look forward to the adventures ahead! And for all of those athletes out there that think yoga won't give you a good workout....I suggest you try Suze's.

After six years with Suze's yoga I still find her classes the most inspiring and challenging of my yoga experiences. The classes can be interpreted from beginner to advanced. Personally, I like the mix of music, yoga knowledge, sound vibrations and pose adjustments. I learn something new every time. To find something that keeps me healthy and in shape physically and mentally is a gift! You must try it! Its one of kind.

A friend of mine encouraged me to go to Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga and I was immediately hooked! I work muscles I didn't know existed. I have had back problems for many years and I used to wake up with pain daily and that has disappeared and I have only been attending for 7 weeks. The teachers are phenomenal with helping to make sure that you doing the poses with correct alignment as well as providing modifications to poses for people like me, with back problems, etc. I have told everyone I know about how much I love the class and would highly recommend to anyone living in the Dallas area to go. You would be a positive step towards changing your life for the better.

I have been going to Suze's yoga for the past 6 years and i wish i had been to going to this place even longer, for if i had i would have kept my Health in total balance through the practice of Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga Plus. Suze's has a wonderful team of instructors who are equally wonderful in teaching yoga day in and day out. When my daughter was diagnosed with Idiopathic Scoliosis, i had reached out to Suze for advice and she said that YOGA would be the one that would help her...................and how true for i had my daughter take private lessons with one of Suze's instructors and i have to say her spine is straighter now than it was in 2007. Suze has a beautiful soul that resides in a beautiful heart and she was dead right on that issue , i am so glad i reached out to her. Thank you Suze!!!!!

The studio is amazing and the energy inside is unbelievable. We get a great workout surrounded by color and sound vibrations that add a great dimension to the whole thing.

This place offers classes at different times of the day.........so it gives us a choice on picking a time that works for us. Look up the calendar on the website to find the time that works for you.

Please give this Dynamic Power Yoga Plus a shot and i guarantee you will not regret it, and moreover you might think like me ........wish i had found this place lot earlier!!!!!!!

My wife has already written about how I discovered Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga in 1998 and how it had benefitted me since then. I have been going to Suze's (the one and only Suze) yoga since then and I am a complete devoted yogee. I have to agree with my wife on how Suze has helped our whole family time and again. My wife started Suze's yoga in 2004 when she was ailing with a lower back pain (disc degenerative issue), and I have to say that it has helped her too for she claimed that yoga helped her tremendously in that area. I am ever grateful to Suze and her yoga for everything she has done for our family by way of advice, vibrations from the yoga studio and getting us private yoga instuctors for my daughter when she needed it . My whole family cannot thank Suze enough for being there for us through yoga and thoughts and vibrations and prayers. We dearly love this Dynamic Power Yoga Plus. Highly recommend it to everyone who reads this to go to this place and give it a shot sooooonnnnnn!!!

I've been going to Suze's studio for 7 years. When I started, I was looking for a way to deal with chronic pain from a twisted rib cage, a result of a long-ago car accident. Over the years, I've watched my rib cage turn back to a more normal structure, and I have realized there's no other form of exercise that would have been able to alter the entire torso of my body like that.\r
\r
Yoga provides strength, flexibility and balance -- while I've been active my whole life, I've never gotten all 3 of these from any other one type of physical activity. While I originally started yoga for one particular reason, it's brought many more benefits to my life, as well. It calms my mind, makes me more aware of the choices I make in my daily life, increased my breathing capacity and opens my heart, and more recently I've found myself venturing into the meditation and pranayama (breathing) practices. I've ""shopped around"" and tried many styles, studios, and teachers in Dallas and, although there are some wonderful offerings all around, I come back to Suze's because it fits me. It's a style I enjoy, and I appreciate that the class times are daily, regular, and start on time. It's easy to get in and out of parking and the studio, and she continues to make it affordable even in these tough economic times.\r
\r
Suze is full of love, light, and laughter, and it flows down through her teachers, and into all the classes, whether she is present or not. Her voice is always in the room and it has talked me through many classes where sometimes life was so challenging that I felt I spent half the class in child's pose. No matter where life leads me, I will always hold her in my heart as one of my Personal Buddhas.\r
\r
When people look at a yoga pose on the front of a magazine and say, ""Oh, I can't do that, so I can't do yoga,"" I tell them, ""You don't DO yoga... yoga does you."" A person who can only bend forward two inches is getting the same benefits as a person who can touch their forehead to their shins. And I tell them... ""And,you know, if you find you can't do THAT particular pose, don't worry... you'll learn to do some other really cool stuff.""\r

I'll be 60 this month, which to most means aches & pains - a declining life. Dynamic Power Yoga PLUS, has provided me just the opposite. After attending 2+ years, this is my first review. My results while great for me are not atypical. Five weeks ago, I began a Life Balance Workshop (detox program) weighing 220 lbs. The program including 2 - 3 Yoga sessions a week resulted in a 30 lbs weight loss, yes down to 190 lbs and also 4 inch waist reduction (41 inches down to 37 inches). I have improved eating habits, stopped drinking, and increased self control in other areas of my life. The good news is I did not have to go away to an expensive Spa, but could conveniently accomplish this as a normal part of my daily routine. Needless to say I'm an ecstatic ambassador for others who are ready to reap similar results.

Yesterday (04/06/09) - Today there is proof miracles do happen! Today I received wonderful news that my heart surgery has been canceled.

A special thank you to Suze Curtis yoga classes. Over the past few years, have resulted in bringing my pulmonary pressures down. (Last echo 6 months ago) Undoubtedly, todays news reflects the power of yoga, the power of prayers and the power of the human spirit!

Earlier today, I checked into Baylor Hospital where I underwent a trans-esophageal echo cardiogram and a heart catherization. My mitral valve regurgitation has been re-evaluated to - mild to moderate; my pulmonary artery pressures have reduced since last echo and they were not able to locate the hole in my heart that had been diagnosed through several cardiograms previously. Additionally my coronary arteries are clear. Today the consensus of the Doctors opinions is that my surgery is not necessary considering the risk involved at this time in my life. I still have atrial fibrillation; however, I have lived with this for several years now and I will be monitored closely by my physician until further complications demand intervention. I want to express my heartfelt Thank You to everyone for their tremendous love, prayers, emotional support and expressed thoughtfulness - from my friends, clients, and family. I am so humbled by all the support during these last few trying weeks leading to today. These last few weeks have left me temporarily, emotionally exhausted and todays good news has me relieved and life regenerated. Thank you so much for for those who donated for me. And again thank you so much for the the calls and supportive emails. Words cannot express how honored I am that you care and I look forward to the continued beauty you add to my life.

A special thank you to Suze Curtis yoga classes. Over the past few years, have resulted in bringing my pulmonary pressures down. (Last echo 6 months ago) Undoubtedly, todays news reflects the power of yoga, the power of prayers and the power of the human spirit!.To all my wonderful clients and co-workers at Aqua Medical spa 214-443-0100 - I will be back to work full time on Monday April 20th, 2009

This studio is amazing.. it's been a life changing experience. I have to admit the 1st time I went I thought "these people are crazy" and I only made it 30 minutes until I thought I was going to faint. The following day my muscles were so sore, I could tell that the class had to work. I continued to go and I grew to love it and look forward to the classes. The teachers are awesome and you always have different challenging routines to practice.. so you are never doing the same thing. It's in a heated room so you still get the sweat and aerobic workout. In 'hot' yoga your muscles are able to stretch more so you can go deeper into the moves. They also have babysitting.

I LOVE these classes. To prove to my husband\r
what a great workout Suze's classes are (since he doesn't believe me and won't go!), I decided to wear my heart rate monitor to class last week. I burned about 400 calories during the class. My heart rate fluctuated between zone 2 (fat burning) and even got up to zone 3 during chair pose. It was also very interesting to see my heart rate drop 15 beats while I was in the first forward bend just 'becoming present' at the beginning of the class. So, for all those type A gym rats...these yoga\r
classes are a REAL WORK OUT! \r

Recently moving to Los Angeles from Dallas, I figured...""Oh, I will be able to find comparable yoga to Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga."" I have yet to be proven otherwise.\r
\r
I have been in LA for two months and have tried 3 different studios as well as perhaps 10-12 different instructors. None of them even come close to the emotional, physical and spiritual practice I had with Suze in Dallas. \r
\r
What is DPYP like?\r
\r
AMAZINGLY INSPIRATIONAL\r
Suze and her instructors have this amazing gift of getting inside your brain and giving you what you need mentally. When you leave you feel like a calm and at peace person, ready to take on anything.\r
\r
AMAZINGLY CHALLENGING OR RELAXING\r
Every class is a different practice so you never get bored. Plus, when you leave you either feel refreshed OR like you climbed a mountain. It's great because she allows YOU to take the pace you want depending on YOUR day.\r
\r
AMAZINGLY INTUITIVE\r
Suze knows the human body and intuitively knows and cares for people. She can help you physically accomplish things you never thought you could (or would!) do in a step by step, slow process. And mentally, practicing in her class over a period of time will help you work out depression, anxiety or just a plain and simple bad day.\r
\r
AMAZINGLY AMAZING\r
I have yet to find a practice like the one at DPYP or a inspirational instructor such as Suze.\r
\r
What can I say....I cannot say enough!\r

Pros: THE PERFECT PRACTICE

Cons: I am no longer in Dallas to take the classes!

Yoga with Suze Curtis is essential for complete healthy body and mind. Suze?s practice encompasses everything I have been looking for in a yoga practice. It is more that a workout, it is a powerful transformational experience that brings clarity, focus, endurance, confidence, inner piece, balance and of course physical strength and muscle tone. This yoga studio offers so many different routines and each routine is so unique and effective. Each practice is very enjoyable as a result of wonderful music, beautiful soothing colors all around the room, perfect room temperature, and excellent guidance. After my first visit my body is craving to return to the studio and I am now practicing several times a week. I love the remarkable feeling after each practice, a feeling of complete freedom and strength in each molecule of my body. Each time all the stress, worry and tension goes away and I feel calm, joyful, strong and collected. I am so grateful to take on this journey of harmony in my body and mind through Suze?s yoga practice.

I have visited quite a few yoga studios, and am so pleased with Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga Plus. I have been attending since February of this year and purchased a year membership yesterday! I absolutely love the instructors, and most importantly, the owner, Suze, is such an inspiration, role model...not to mention, so personable! I feel so comfortable in this studio, absolutely love all of the students that attend the classes, and have advanced my practice so much, thanks to the educated instructors and the push to explore our boundaries freely! I highly recommend checking out at least one class...you'll love the atmosphere! Every friend that I have introduced is now attending regularly!

I've practiced Dynamic Power Yoga PLUS! with Suze since before she had her 1st studio location. She used to travel to various locations across the metroplex , bringing her yoga-style to us , wherever she could find a space. The first class -- I was hooked!! I was tired of the gym & amazed that ""yoga"" (Suze's style of yoga) could give me such an overall work-out. I'd lie on my mat at the end of a class, completely drenched - feeling my heart, lungs, muscles - but none of the chronic pain I had from too many years of weights & running. It's coming up on 9 years for me, practicing DPYP! Not only have I maintained a healthy physical body, but I've learned so much about how our thoughts & emotions affect our physical body. Over all these years, Suze created a beautiful space for us to practice. By beautiful, I mean more than how it looks. All of her teachers and staff welcome us and care for us the moment we enter the Studio. There is a sense of being ""real"" - that it's safe to be your'self' here, no matter who you are. Suze's style emphasizes sound-vibration release. It seemed weird at first - now I couldn't imagine 'holding it in'. What I am most grateful for is that I've always been able to count on my DPYP! yoga practice. Suze speaks often about bringing our dreams into reality; and that to do that - we need a strong foundation. I read her bio on her web-site. Maybe it's her farm upbringing - I don't know; but, she's created and continues to maintain a strong foundation - a place for us to practice - consistent class times, consistent teachers. I own a business and I'm sure there were many times throughout the years that Suze didn't feel like teaching, but us students never felt that. When she teaches, it's as if no-one in the world is more important than her students. I'm not a boyfriend or girlfriend or any special person in this yoga studio. I've just observed over many years and wanted to express my gratitude.

I hate working out but I love going to Suze's power yoga classes. Suze is great in helping everyone move into the right poses to get the most out of our workouts. When I leave her class I feel streched out, rung out and tried but also so proud that I went to class. I am always recommending her class to friends and co-workers even if they have never done yoga before.

This is the most value for your money/time/effort/results in the Metroplex. It is for either the in-shape or the very motivated to get into shape as the instructors will draw attention to you and ways you can make a change to your body by correcting your yoga poses. It is not a place to go to ""disappear"" as you will probably be more in touch with your ""SELF"" here than anywhere else you've been before. The instructors are not sticklers about being on time anymore. It is a kinder-gentler arena where everyone's limitations are on display, so it is a nice un-stuffy atmosphere to go to unwind at. Also, speaking about stuffy, if you have never been to a ""heated"" yoga class before, I suggest spending a couple of days with no a/c to get used to it before excercising in a sauna. I watched a program on t.v. one time where there was this Russian woman who said that saunas were the best way to lose weight...well picture a sauna where everyone is in constant muscle-building motion. Now, THAT is a workout!!! In fact, I weigh about 20 lbs more than I used to because of lean muscle, and I still fit into my old clothes. This is the best muscle workout you will ever have, and you don't have to worry about dropping a dumbbell on your big toe. I never liked using weights, anyways. Those are for posers. Hehehe. ;-)

To round out any sport or workout routine I would highly suggest doing Power Yoga with Suzie!. It has relieved pains I had in the past as well as shape my body as nothing could do with other types of workouts or routines.

I initially got into yoga after having a knee injury and was unable to run like I had in the past. Running had always been my emotional outlet and I was pretty discouraged at that point. Not only did yoga help fill that void, but I found that I really fell in love with it and began to tell all my friends about the healing power of yoga. Not long after beginning my yoga practice, I noticed my body becoming stronger and my knee no longer troubled me. Suze helped me to understand my body and really appreciate it. I have gained energy, strength, flexibility, and a much more positive self image.

I started practicing yoga with Suze in 2001 to mend my bad back and gained so much more! With the guidance of Suze and all the amazing instructors at DPYP, I have reduced stress and anxiety, learned how to breathe and gained strength and flexibility I never knew possible. After a few weeks, my low back pain virtually disappeared. I look forward to my 90 minutes on the mat to rest my mind and energize my body. Suze has created the most amazing and healing power yoga! I only wish I could get there more often!

I've been a Suze Power Yogi for over 7 years and yes, this is the most exhilerating and rewarding workout for everyone out there. The great thing is that even if you are a beginner, there are different levels for each pose and you are allowed to go at your own pace. I am a true devotee and cannot say enough about the mental, physical and psycological benefits this class offers. You walk out feeling as if you've gone through a full blown detox in an an hour and a half. For people that absolutely thrive on challenges, this is the most physically challenging regimen out there. Try it, you may just love it! BALANCE IS KEY.

I have been practicing yoga with Suze Curtis' for almost ten years. I started attending her classes while I was running marathons and her yoga helped to enhance my running and offset the damage that running caused. I no longer run because of this damage, but I still practice yoga regularly -- I cannot imagine my life without it. Suze's yoga not only has physically transformed me, but I can see the changes in my mentality, too. Its hard to explain, but I have a calm mind now. And, when I do have a bad day, all I want is to go to yoga. When I first started practicing with Suze, her studio was within walking distance from my home. I now live 25 miles (roundtrip) from her studio and still make the trip. I have tried many other studios in the metroplex and none of them compare to Suze's style nor do any of them compare to the value of her membership. She is at least half the cost of other studios. I would highly recommend Suze to anyone looking for a practice that will enhance their life.

Best Power YOGA ever!!! Suze Curtis' Dynamic Power Yoga is the best all over body strenghtening excercise I have ever done while increasing flexibility. Sound and vibration is a big part of the yoga practice which releases stuck emotions - you will feel light, clear, and refreshed after only one session. The heat (not too hot) will also help release toxins that have built up in your body resulting in clearer skin and less body puffiness. The routines are varied and fun compared to other studios that do the same routine over and over again. The spirit and energy in the studio is upbeat, supportive, and compassionate. Try it just once and you will be hooked!

Suze's yoga is like no others. I have been working out/excercising for 30 years now and have tried all the newest trends-spin, aerobics, kickboxing, weight training, running, you name it. I would have described myself as being very fit and healthy. I found Suze 8 years ago and thought I would give it a try (the newest trend in Dallas at the time). My first class with her was so humbling. It was the hardest thing I have every done. Within 3 months my whole body was transformed. Suze's yoga is the hardest yoga out there. She has this unique ability to combine it all into one-hard work out with all the yoga benefits. I have tried other yoga places in town, but nothing compares to what Suze offers She is the best-hands down. You have to experience it to completely understand.

My husband and I first started taking classes with Suze 4 years ago when we lived in Farmers Branch. Since then, my husband and I opened a business in Denton about 30 miles from the studio. We contemplated continuing to make the drive and for a short while I tried out several studios closer to home for me. NOTHING even came close to the experience I had at Suze's studio. It really made me realize how talented Suze and all of her instructors are and how ""user"" friendly the actual studio is for students. So my husband and I have continued making the drive from Denton to Addison 3 times a week now for over 2 years and have no intention of stopping. It's the only time in my life I have actually looked forward to driving in traffic! It's worth the drive!

Definitely great for all abilities. You will always get an excellent workout. You can go at your own pace and take it easy (and still get a good workout) and push yourself to the edge and really see some personal/physical growth. Don't be scared if Suze or one of the other instructors comes up to help you get into a pose...they know what they are doing and won't let you do something BAD for your body. Be honest if something hurts and they will help you modify. They only want to see you GROW! Trust your body, be willing to go outside of your comfort level and open your mind and heart. It really is amazing.

I have been going to Susie's classes for the last 7 years. I have not been going for the last 6 months and trust me when I say this, I can see it and feel it on my body. When I started out with Susie, I was single and went 5 times a week. I lost 30 lbs in about 7 months and noticed I had muscles showing I was not used to seeing. I also noticed I got a lot more dates because I was in great shape. Fast forwarding to the present time, I am married and have gained about 20 lbs back - I guess you can say I am very happily married. I am going to start back with Susie next month and I have a lot of work to do to get back to where I was. \r

My point to this review is that her classes work. It does not matter if you are a begginer or have been there since she started. The setting of her class is in a large room that has a padded floor (recommended over hard wood floors) and wall of mirrors so you can see how good or bad you look in a pose. The thing I enjoy most about her classes is that you go at your own pace. If you want to stop and take a break, you stop. If you want to push yourself harder, go for it and you will be sore the next day. The more you go to her classes the more you will notice physical changes to your body. Things I noticed about her class is I became more flexible, stronger, I had more energy throughout the day and I felt better about myself. I look forward to starting back with her as it is a great way to release stress at the end of the day.

Suze is the best. Her yoga studio changed my wife and I's lives, helping us become more true to ourselves and making us more positive people. And the yoga is the workout of your life! Beats any workout in a gym. Go see for yourself!\r

I have been practicing yoga at Suze Curtis? DPYP for 3 ? years, and it has greatly increased my flexibility and balance, as well as strengthening and lengthening my muscles (I do competitive ballroom dancing, and these are important). This studio is unique?it has a padded floor, as well as inspiring phrases painted in big colorful letters on the ceiling. The room is large with mirrors totally covering two walls. Everyone is very friendly, and you are encouraged to challenge yourself and ?work your edge?, and to rest when you need to. The instructors are very encouraging and VERY knowledgeable about the poses and anatomy. I really like the format of the classes. The music played during these classes is very energizing (not the boring, go to sleep kind of music I thought yoga music was). You will either have Suze instruct your class to this upbeat music, or you will have an instructor in the room while simultaneously the upbeat music is played with Suze?s recorded instructions. The instructor will give the class helpful tips on the instructions, as well as giving students individual attention. With Suze?s live or recorded instructions, I can really mentally visualize the pose, rather than having to look up at an instructor for visual cues and in the process lose my balance. The sequence and timing of poses in these classes works ALL of your muscles in ways that just isn?t possible to do at a gym. You burn an incredible number of calories in these classes! My husband finally decided to try yoga, and he?s been an avid yogi now for about six months. He agrees that this yoga is as challenging as his gym workouts. Since he also dances with me, he?s noticed that his posture, flexibility, and balance have improved. Thank you, Suze!

I've been going to Suze's yoga studio for 3 + years and it has really changed my life. First, a stubborn 5 lbs. came off within a few weeks; then, I became much stronger and more flexible. The greatest change has been in my outlook on life - more positive, less stress, less judgemental, and more loving. I tell my friends (and anyone else that will listen!) that Suze's class is a workout/therapy session in one! \r
\r
And - for those of you that think yoga is only stretching, please come! I've tried other yogas and although I enjoyed them, nothing beats Suze's class for a fantastic, hard, sweaty workout. You know you've done something fantastic for your body when you are finished.\r
\r
One last thing - the studio's success is due to Suze's caring, loving committment to making it the best! She truly cares about all of her members and their well-being. She is the best!!!\r

I met Suze when she was just starting her yoga business and was absolutely amazed at her devotion and her practice. I learned so much from her and her associates and am so happy that she has continued to be able to offer her passion and talents to the north Dallas area. If you are familiar with yoga or just checking it out for the first time you simply must pay Suze a visit and experience the power of a group of people working to better themselves and truly remove what stands in the way of their growth and development. You owe it to yourself to experience this Dynamic Power Yoga.
