Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings

Dave's estimate was very reasonable, and his schedule was flexible. We enjoy the deck stairs he built for us. I wish the quality of wood could be better. There is a noticeable dent on the handrail, and my husband had to sand the lumberyard stamp off one of the steps.
