Super Movers

AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY. They will cheat you!

I originally went with super movers because they provided a binding estimate. As I found it a binding estimate does not mean anything if the company doesn't deliver on the service they say they will provide.

Supermovers sent an adjuster out to my apartment in SF and he gave me a quote based on my aprtment building set up and my furniture. I signed a contract saying, "Movers will only assemble furniture that they disassembled on day of move. Movers will not reassemble furniture that was not disassembled by them. Movers will not reassemble baby cribs" I was reassured of this both by the adjusted and the actual mover who took my furniture apart that they would reassemble the furniture when it was delivered. Upon delivery, the mover dropped my furniture and tried to leave. When I tried to ask him to put together the furniture he was rude and started yelling at me that it was not his job to put together the furniture. I was left to do all of the reassembly MYSELF! When I tried to file a complaint with management they were also rude and gave me the run around, promising to look into and not calling back or asking me to call another person in the company.

So not use this moving company. You will regret it.

I had a lot of valuables and was very particular to which company I wanted to use. I asked someone and they recommended Super Movers. I was very please. Nothing broke and it was quality care. I definetly recommend them.

this place is the best ever it's not a lot of cash but really all i know is this place so AWESOME take all ages here, as well you gotta try this place out i live it there, and you will too.

It is hard to find good movers. Movers that will take care and respect your valuables and not so valuables. These moving company is that kind! I will recommend them for whomever needs a moving service.

I used them twice, once to move out of my old home, then to move into my new home. They did a fantastic job and I would use them again if needed. They were on time, polite, and careful with my valuable antique furniture.

back when i lived in SF I used them twice and was very happy both times! My freind used them too and we had no problems they were nice and punctual.

The sales people were very friendly , they took the time to answer every question I had ( I admit I did call them up nearly every day to ask questions...) but for me it was a big event.
I talked to other companies but in the end I choose Super-movers, especially after I found out that best friends of mine used them and they were very happy with the service they received.
It was the smartest decision I have ever made.

I moved with Super Movers and they really ripped me off. I'm not saying this because they were too expensive (which they were) or because my furniture was destroyed (which is was). I'm saying this because I didn't want to sign their form saying everything was satisfactory because there was so much visible damage. They told me I had to sign it so they could go and then file a claim after. My claim was denied because I signed this form saying everything arrived to my satisfaction. I was tricked by people who knew that it's not very often that people move.... we don't really know the rules. I don't normally post to things like this, but I really feel that Super Movers is horrible and hope that others can avoid my fate. My beautiful furniture is ruined and I didn't get a dime for it and went through a lot of trouble filing a claim that they knew would never go through.

At first adam my sales rep scared me with a quote over $1000 than the other movers I had consulted; partner, US1, Delta, and movingexperts. We werent really considering Super Movers, because cost was an issue. The more investigating we did, the questions the other companies couldnt answer so easily, and so we ended up allowing adam a few minutes to tell us about Super Movers, and to hopefully explain why they thought they were $1000 better. It turned out, adam said that his price was not an estimate of what I wanted to hear, but an estimate of the actual costs he expected us to incur. Shuttle fee at delivery was included, 10 packed picture boxes, Mattress covers as well as Stairs on delivery included. Looking back, getting a full comprehensive estimate, was exactly what we wanted, but we were treating our move like we were going shopping for a desk and tried to price compare it, when in reality we weren't paying for an item, but a service that we shouldn't have been measuring like it was the same thing with a different price; but a service. In the end we received our belongings, delivered within the dates we had requested and had no surprises on delivery. Thank you.

So my husband and I decided that the housing market was too steep for us and started searching for a new place and some movers. We called 4 companies, 1 refused to send a visual estimator to our district "bayview," but the others came. Super Movers showed up, upon entering our home, asked if he should remove his shoes, it was very polite. Super Movers was $20 more expensive an hour, so my husband decided on the other company. They took a deposit, and we called them on the day we were suppose to move, they moved our date for 3 days, we couldnt move out after the 1st, so it was my pleasure to call Super Movers. I got ahold of the great estimator Jacob, he arranged with local dispatch to do our job the next day, and they did a great job, I can tell why they needed an extra $20, the men were clean, professional and spoke english! Although I hope to never move for awhile, Super Movers will be my #1 pick.

I contracted this moving service for a local move of a family member and they saved us from a last minute disaster when our other movers backed out and we had to be out of the premises. They put in a full day and stayed until the job was completed. Our belongings were treated delicately and I would trust them again with any move I made and with any household items.
