I had a fantastic facial and brow tweeze. My skin feels so hydrated. I next treated myself to the best hair coloring I have ever had. The new color is perfect for my skin tone and looks amazing. She cut and styled my hair. I look and feel terrific. Definitely worth it. I can't wait to try a pedicure and manicure in the future.

From the phone reservation thru the welcome at the spa to my service it was like a real spa not a hair salon with spa services. Comfy waiting room with tea and treats and beautiful treatment rooms where my facial was really thorough... plus a hands and foot massage as well as a neck massage. A delight and I got some real good pointers on how to improve my skin care and which products to avoid, etc.

I rebooked for a massage next time as I heard their massage people are some of the best in metro west area.

Pros: Beautiful Facility, great parking, welcoming services people

As the Marketing Manager for a large corporation in the New England area, I was asked to put together a marketing event for women executives in Senior Leadership positions to enjoy a luncheon seminar, followed by an afternoon of networking at a spa. After calling every major hotel in the city of Boston (Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons..etc), I was having trouble finding a location that would be able to accomodate both the luncheon session, as well as the spa treatment services for up to 30 guests. And then...I found Bella Sante. Since I was not local to the area, I relied on the recommendations of some of my peers who live close by. What can I say? FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, PERFECT, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WERE OFF THE CHARTS. I loved working with Jessica, the Spa Director and Erin, the event coordinator, and all of the wonderful staff who over the course of two months, worked to make this day as successful as it could possibly be. All of the executives have sent me thank you notes with rave reviews about the facials, massages, and manicures that they received. The lounge area also turned into a great location to network. Jessica and Erin were always accomodating, always responsive and put me at ease from the first moment I came to the spa to talk about getting this event off the ground. If you are thinking of a bridal shower, or unique way to get a group of friends together for a special purpose, please go to Bella Sante in Wellesley. It will be the best decsion you make! Again, thanks to all of the wonderful staff at Bella Sante for making our event a wonderful day!

I have been a client of bellasante for 5 years. I have traveled to many spas which are considered "destination spas", and I always leave feeling that the best service all around are from Bella Sante. I feel that for each facial I have had the esthetician assesses my skin and has been able to correctly determine the best facial for me at that particular time. So many spas I have gone to they just give you the facial you signed up for, here they are able to fine tune it to best suit the client; which to me is always a sign of a well trained, confident esthetician. The pedicures are the best by far. I had to write this review because I recently visited the new location in Wellesley and was blown away by the same level of expertise with the bonus being the women's locker room showers are like a relaxation service in itself! Also I took advantage of a sign they had at the front desk offering a free consultation by Pini Swissa (hair stylist to the famous on newbury street). I sat with him and was surrounded by his team and have since become a very satisfied client. Five years ago I went to bella sante as a tired mommy in need of a break now I go as a refreshed and happy mom who is getting one stop shopping for all of those beauty needs. Also, my husband and I will occasionally go for a massage and then out to dinner, he like me was not the spa type, but is now transformed. Can't recommend it enough.

I have had wonderful experiences at the Boston and Lexington Bella Sante locations, so I was eager to try out their new Wellesley spa. I have been there several times over the past six months, and have had wonderful experiences each time. First off I was thrilled to find that the location offers ample parking and a Starbucks right downstairs! Inside the decor is very cool and the space very well set up. I love the spacious locker rooms, which are appointed to meet all of my needs. So far I have had several massages and facials with several different tech's, and I have been very pleased each time. A really relaxing experience. This spa is a much needed addition to the Western 'burbs!

I have been to all of the Bella Sante locations many times but I have to say my latest experience which was also fabulous was in addition, quite special as the Bella Sante team did an amazing job with my services as well as 12 of my roommates from college who had flown in for our annual reunion from all over the country. As a group we received 34 services and all were raved about. In addition, the team did a wonderful job not only of providing services but also of scheduling, arranging catering, greeting our group and just making us feel very special- I highly recommend Bella Sante for all services but also for large groups- my roommates will be talking about this for a long time!

OUTSTANDING facial and massage! I went for an 80 minute facial and a 50 minute massage and enjoyed every second of it. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent treatments and products (I bought a cleanser and moisturizer and love them both). I also had a free hair consultation and will definitely be back for a cut and color. Can't wait to go back!

Went to Bella Sante for a day of beauty a week ago. The massage (expect for the fact I paid for a 50 minute massage and it was only 39 minutes long), facial (excellent) and other services I got were fabulous but when it came to the manicure- I was beyond disappointed. The woman who did my nails painted my whole finger (literally) and spent all of the time cleaning up her mistakes. Far too expensive for such poor quality- you are better of somewhere else for a manicure!

Pros: Atmosphere, friendly staff

Cons: Cheat you with time and manicure was beyond awful
