As we drove by we saw a new little addition next to the Capitol Pub. It had a nice little patio with a bistro feel. The interior is immaculate although simple. But that let's the food do all the talking. It's a French Mexican fusion.

A interesting combination of flavors and textures. Everything was very fresh. They have a ceviche appetizer menu which is the first i've ever seen in dallas.

The wine selection is very good, although the beer selection was limited to your basic domestics and imports.

The husband and wife team of chef and pastry chef respectively came to each table and thanked every patron for coming.

You really felt like you were part of something new and exciting on the restaurant scene in dallas. They have only been open a few months, so go NOW. Support your local independent restaurants.

It truly is an experience.
