I received courteous and professional service. Jerrel & Mr. Alfred explained the different types of furnaces they had. I felt confident and assured to go with their recommendation. The furnace was installed the next day. There was a lot of soot built up from the wall pipe opening that I know saved our lives from carbon monoxide poisoning. Thanks to the two technicians that installed my furnace.

He was very good, had his mind together and already knew what he was going to check and he was right, a part had to be replace and it was replaced and the air is working wonderful. He was very excellent and will use again. This was our first time using Omega and will not be our last.

Good people. Fair prices. I got two estimates; their estimate was the better estimate of the two; however, I chose them because of their customer service skills. The installers showed up on time and did their job, which was to install a new condenser AC unit. Later that day, the owner came by to explain all the work that had taken place and he offered some good solid advice about future maintenance.

Communication: Excellent. I was always able to reach them and received return phone calls very soon after I left voicemails. Punctuality/Preparation: Poor. They had to reschedule at the last minute.once and were late the second time. They didn't have all of the supplies they might need and I provided it to them to expedite things, although they were willing to go get them. Quality of work: Excellent. They were knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and cared about the work they completed. Price: Extremely reasonable. Other: I warned them about asbestos taping on the air ducts they were working on and they didn't wear masks or clean the area well.
