The technicians are friendly professionals at the Galleria location; however, I wouldn't say the same when it comes to the management and the front-desk staff. Expect to have a great experience at your consultation, but it'll all be over after they're paid. If anything goes wrong, such as burning after your laser hair removal treatment (my personal experience), you're pretty much on your own.

I had severe burns on the neck area right after my last treatment (as you can see the picture). I contacted them to see if I could meet with the manager, Natalie, and hopefully a doctor in regards to my burns; but, even though I had told the receptionist that I was burned from the treatment, she replied so carelessly that "She is booked today"... Finally, after threatening them that I was going to write a review on their website, the receptionist replied, "Let me check to see if I can squeeze you in; yes, you can come in at 4:30". The manager had an unpleasant body language. She said that she would contact me on Monday (four days after my treatment and the incident) to make an appointment for me with the doctor...

Of course, I met with my own physician this morning; but I am so amazed how careless these people are where the mission statement is "We are dedicated to providing a rejuvenating experience in an ambiance of excellence where clients are treated with the utmost importance as individuals." REALLY???

I recently went in for a simple chemical peel at Amerejuve in Katy. I thought it would be a simple procedure and finished in no time, specially because I bought it from a Groupon. Amerejuve did not treat me differently because I was paying a discounted price like I assumed they would. Right when I walked in I knew I was in good hands. The woman who performed the chemical peel for me was very thorough and careful in her work. She took her time and provided me some at home after treatment advice. My skin was looking different and better everyday! I went in for a simple chemical peel but am hoping to continue much more, including laser hair removal, with them as soon as possible!

Amerejuve in the Galleria is fantastic! Once I decided to pursue laser hair removal, I did a lot of research to make sure that I went to the most experienced and reliable place. Being in the health care field, it was very important to me to get my treatments at a well established facility with competent and collegial staff. This IS the place to go! The facilities are clean, the staff professional and the hair removal results wonderful! I would definitely recommend Amerejuve Spa!

Didn't even know about this location until I found a groupon for them. I am very happy with the microdermabrasions. Natalee is GREAT. I plan to avail myself of other treatments there and to continue with the microdermabrasions on a regular basis. My skin feels soooo smooth afterwards.

I really enjoy having Microdermabrasion treatments at Amerijuve. My esthetician, Natalee is amazing! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes me feel comfortable. I originally went there because I had a Groupon. Ive had other facial treatments elsewhere with little to no improvement but after one microderm session at Amerijuve, I saw improved texture and tone. The results lasted longer than I thought they would. Ive also has laser hair removal there with great success. I definitely plan to continue going there!

I'll admit, after having failed treatment sessions at other places I was a little skeptical giving laser hair removal another chance but after hearing how great the results my best friend were getting, i went ahead and gave it another try..and i'm glad I did!
when I called to inquire about pricing and scheduling, my skepticism was eased learning they have 4 different lasers, and they're able to customize a treatment plan for my skin type.
I've had 5 treatments done so far and I'm almost completely hair free. (i still have a couple stragglers)
The professionalism and customer service I've received every time I've gone in is consistent, sadly these days customer service is so uncommon, but the girls at Amerejuve are keeping it alive. if you're considering laser hair removal, Amerejuve is by far the best place to go! :)

I had been wanting to get laser hair removal done for a while now. I had shopped around at a few other hair removal offices before I came across Amerejuve. The prices there were much less than any of the other places I had been to. Not only that, but the staff was great! They were very friendly and informative. I have had laser hair removal sessions in two other places and finally getting the results at amerejuve.the laser machines in the other ones were either too weak or the operators didn't do what they should have. Here am getting good results and I like their staff too they arre nice and professional. I would certainly recommend Amerejuve and oh I would also warn you to not fall for cheap offers on daily deals I learned my lessons from a hard way :(

I am a picky buyer who does her homework. I looked around for a while before actually buying laser hair removal treatments. I am glad I waited till I found out about Amerejuve. I heard their commercial on the radio and went in for the initial visit. I was impressed with their clean and welcoming place. Service was great from the get go. The girl who took me in for consultation was very thorough. I learned why they use whichever laser they use for my skin and the fact that they do have lasers for every skin type. That's good to know. No other place I went to had this. All others use just one type. If you're looking for laser hair removal treatments Amerejuve is the place to go.

Laser hair removal...
I was bit nervous about doing laser treatments and infact first 2 sessions went bit painful and felt that I might have chose a wrong one. But later joined by person name Bianca Moreno(Esthetician) who did really helped me and remaining 4 sessions and ensured I am left over with only 5-10% of hair on my body . And especially I must thankful for her patience. Finally I am very happy and thankful to Amerejuve for providing such a great staff like Bianca.

I can say confidently whoever wants to go for laser treatment I suggest this place. But also please note about your skin tone should support for any laser hair removal treatments.

I was nervous about the idea of doing laser treatments. After a consultation and touring their fascility I was ready to get started. They even did a few test spots to put me at ease. I had always wanted to treat my ears but the fear of laser stings made
me stay away until I went to Amerejuve MedSpa in Sugar Land. Christina
was friendly and knowledgeable with the fancy equipment which made me feel quite at ease. After many questions, I finally felt comfortable and told her that I was ready for the procedure. Ready? she said, youre done!
Was that it? Really? All I felt was a few whiffs of cool air. I touched my ears
quickly to find that all the fine hair had just evaporated. Where did it go?

Its been four weeks since that treatment and my skin is soft, smooth
and hair free. I almost want the hair to grow back so I can see Christina
do the magic trick again.

I am very happy with my treatments too. I always thought laser hair removal was too expensive but was pleasantly suprised when I went in for my consultation. Actualy I had bought a Groupon and was planning to do the Brazilian but ended up doing legs and underarms too. I am half way into my treatments and I barely have any hair left. The technician who does my treatments is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I have no apprehension in recommending this place.

I did read up alot about laser hair removal and finally got the nerves to actually go ahead and schedule a consultation. Amerejuve was the 4th place I went in for consult and frankly I was sold before the orientation was over. They were head and shoulder above every other place I'd been to. They were friendly, knowledgeable, had the best lasers and the BEST PRICES. I am almost done with my treatments and the results are just amazing. Great place to go for hair removal treatments.

My sister and I went to Amerejuve for hair removal. We are of Indian origin so we have darker skin and have always been apprehensive about doing laser treatment. But after a consultation and a tour of the clinic I was so ready to start . We both purchased there and we are into our 4th treatment and have seen excellent results. I wasn't getting good results either after 5 treatments and I went to the cilinic manager to ask why. They reviewed my files and had me fill another assessment form. I had not told them about starting a new medication that had steroid in it from my 2nd treatment till 5th. I've been off that med and have done 3 more sessions since and results have been very good. I am almost hair free. They did the extra treatments at no charge. Frankly I didn't know some medications can cause hair growth and don't remember being told that. Eitherway they handled my concern well and I'm happy.

I've going to Amerejuve for Laser Hair removal since March 2009, as many of their other customers, I bought the 6 sessions package which looks like a great deal. After my 6th session I was very disappointed for their lack of results and at the reception they told me that they will continue treating me, since then they have given me a hard time every time I try to get an appointment, they make me wait 2 months, and the last time they called me THAT SAME DAY to cancel it!\r

I truly don't believe and wouldn't rely at all in the ""good"" reviews on this place, because I know well that I'm not the only one that fell for their scam. $2,000 is a lot of money, DON'T GO THERE.\r

Laser hair removal may be just a cosmetic treatment to most but was a life saver for me. After I turned 13, I started growing hair like a guy. It was so embarrassing and uncomfortable to be around friends and classmates. I used to shave in the morning and by 4PM I had hair all over. It ruined my self confidence and needless to say was awful for my dating life. I started laser hair removal at Amerejuve in March and I am so happy. I did the full body which includes as many areas as I want and I did it all, well almost...I am more than 90% hair-free now. Thanks to their awsome prices otherwise I would not have been able to afford doing all the areas I wanted to do. Best place in Houston to do laser hair removal treatments.

I did laser hair removal treatment for 3 years at another place with very little result. I found Amerejuve while doing research. I started treatments with them 3 months ago and have done 2 sessions and I can honostly say I've seen better results with these 2 treatments than I had all previous 3 years at the other place. i am a believer now. Can't believe I spent all that money and waisted 3 years. A big thanks to Amerejuve and the staff there.

I read most of the reviews here about Amerejuve and I want to give my thoughts too. Amerejuve is such a great place, I've done my botox and fillers there now for 2 years. They always have great prices. They also treat you very well. I am going to start laser hair removal next and just paid for the package. Prices were half of what my sister paid at Sona Med 6 months ago for exact same area.

I did laser hair removal 3 years ago at American Laser and I wasn't happy because I did not get good results at all. I decided to give it another try after hearing Amerejuve's radio ads. I finished my treatments 2 months ago and I can honstly say this was the best decision I've made. I paid far less than what I had paid 3 years ago at the other place and results are excellent now. I did my legs and bikini. I most likely will do my arms and underarms next.

I wanted to do laser for my underarms but ended up getting the full body. I am so excited. I did 2 treatments and I can already see most of the hair gone. they were having their $3000 full body special when I bought it. It is unbeleiveable! most places charge at least twice that.

My mom and I both bought laser hair removal at Amerejuve. We started at the same time and after our sessions we both have had excellent results. She had done laser treatment on her face elsewhere before and was not happy so we were bth very skeptical. But after getting good recommendations we decided to give Amerejuve a try. I can say they surpassed our expectations. The place is always clean and people there are so friendly. The cost f our treatment was very good too. Overall a very good value for the money spent.

I was impressed by a number of things in this place. First of all very conveniently located in the Galleria Area. No traffic issues getting to and from this place since they are at Sage and W. Alabama, just a hop away from Richmond, Westheimer and the Loop. They were very frinedly from the get-go and when I went in for the consult I was impressed by their excellent prices. I searched around for a month or so before actually purchasing and I was actually going to buy at American Laser when I head Amerejuve's ad on the radio. It was just in the nick of time. I saved hundreds by not going to the American Laser Center. Overall I can't be any happier with my decision. I've done 2 treatments and results have been excellent. I agree with some of the other reviews here that a place this nice deserves to be bragged about.

They are wonderful at what they do. I am going there for laser hair removal and I'm loving it. Results have been fantastic and I'm telling friends and family about it. I think everyone should know. Their prices are also better than anywhere else. My problem has always been hair under my chin. It must be because of the hormone medicatins I've been taking. They are in the Galleria area so you would think they charge arm and a leg for their services but think again! Their prices are best among all the places I had called or visited. What's more they actually give you pricing over the phone. I find that refreshing. I called multiple other laser centers and all had one reason or another for not being able to give me pricing. I ended up going to 2 places for consultation and was shocked how much they wanted to charge me. I called Amerejuve and was sold right there on the phone before even going there. They gave me exact pricing and it was half the other places. I want to recommend Amerejuve to whoever looking for laser hair removal.

I can't say enough how happy I am, not having to shave or wax anymore! I've always been hairy thanks to my genes from dad's side of the family. Laser hair removal is the best thing since sliced bread. LOL no joke, seriously. I used to get razor cuts on my legs all the time. I can't believe I waited all this time to do it. I did the vela shape for cellulite and it worked very well for me. I am in pretty good shape and from what I understand you have to be in shape and not too overweight in order to get a good result. I actually worked out 30 minutes a day almost every day when I was doing the treatment. I've recmmended it to my best friend and she's going to get it done also. I had always been concious of hair on my facial area. I used to wax and not even a week later I had hair on my chin and uper lip area again. As a womn this was awful and made me so self concious. I did 4 treatments already and will be going for my fifth next week. The results have been great so far. I have very little hair left. The little left is under the jaw and they tell me by sixth treatment I should be completely hair free. I am so happy that I can cry.

I am gonna sing their praises too. They did 5 treatments on me and the results have been very good. I think almost every hair on my underarm is gone. The little I have left in the bikini area is minimal and I still have one more treatment session left. My legs are about 80% hair free. I started going to Amerejuve about a year ago for Laser Hair removal. It was a fabulous price! I am sooooo extremely disappointed in the lack of results. I bought the 6-treatment package because I wanted to make sure that I got complete hair removal from my under-arms, bikini, and chin. Plus, it was a great deal! Buy one get two free - right?? Well ladies, I guess you get what you pay for. After the 4th treatment I was tired of being shuffled around from one technician to another. I was seeing very little results, and I'm not a hairy person for heaven's sake! I spoke to the manager and they promised free treatments until my hair was completely gone. I finally got a decent technician, Casey, and started seeing some results ...Then, for no reason, they switched technicians again! The latest technician turned down the laser so low I could barely feel it. I KNOW that I won't have any results from this treatment. Plus, they won't schedule my next 'free' appointment for another 7 weeks! What a crock! I am so upset. Whatever you do, DON'T GO THERE!

I am doing hair removal and love it. I went to at least 4 or 5 places before picking Amereojuve. They had the best price and cleanest spa I've been to. The same girl did my 3 treatments and I am so happy with the results. It is a little painful but they gave a numbing cream that I use around the area about 30 minutes before going there. I guess no pain no gain...It has been 100% worth it.

I had a facial done I have been there several times before and had excellent treatment, but this time it was very horrible, the young lady was nice but very inexperience, there was some simple service I requested in a basic facial which she told me she didn't know how to do.

She was not even able to make an assessment of my skin type she was asking me what type of skin I had was it oily, dry etc. I shouldn't have to tell her these things, the reason I go to a (suppose professional) is for them to tell me about my skin not to ask me.

I notice some of the old persons that attend to you is gone many new persons without experience is doing the service now.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO WORK ON CUSTOMERS.

I am 38 and started developing wrinkles around my eyes and deep folds around the lips. A friend of mine who's been going to Amerejuve recommended them. I bought laser hair removal treatement package from them. They always seem to have great deals. The very first vist was very relaxed and ""non-pushy"". I went to Sona and American Laser Centers also to get pricing and to compare. Frankly they didn't even come close. I am very happy with my decision. I also got botox for wrinkles around the corner of my eyes and in between the brows. The results have been great. They treated my acne scars that I've had for years. It took 6 treatments but my skin looks amazing now. I really can't believe it myself. I choke up just thinking about it. I did my homework for a while before committing ~2000 dollars on laser hair removal. Amerejuve had one of the best prices. What put them over the top in my mind was their professional attittude and honost answers to all my questions. Lasr hair removal takes several treatments and each person can have somewhat of a different degree of result depending on diffeerent factors. None of the other locations I went to before had told me this except the staff at Amerejuve! I found this very refreshing. I've had 3 treatments so far and have 3 more left to do. This spa is really convenient and offers services that are affordable. I wanted laser hair removal done on my legs and bikin and priced it around for a while and found amerejuve to be most reasonably priced. The staff gave a tour of their place and a test spot so I would know how it feels like to have the actual treatment. It was a breeze! I had 2 treatments so far with 4 more to go and I'm very happy very witht he results so far. I am glad I didn't got to Sona or American Laser. I paid nearly $2,000 for IPL treatments and it did not work! I expressed my concerns about not seeing results to the technician...she was very nice and assured me she would talk with Frank her manager and have him call me back the next day so I could talk with him about the treatments. Well, after a week he never called me back. I have left several messages for him with different people at the office and he always seems to be too busy to return my calls. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with this company mainly due to their manager's lack of professionalism. I've never been the kind to think about my skin, however i was recently told that i have 11's...whatever that means...my friend's wife told me about amerejuve and said that i needed to go talk with Pam the nurse about getting some botox. After a quick consultation...which was free by the way...I signed up to get some botox to take care of my 11's, and in a few days they were gone. The appointment was very quick and inexpensive. I went there to get laser hair removal done on my legs. I shopped around and amerejuve was by far the best priced. I am almost done with my treatments and have had great results. I live in the suburbs and the drive to the Galleria area is a bit of a drag but the saving and the comfort of the place is worth the drive. Most likely I'll do my under arms and bikin line next.
