Ed Voyles Honda is a Bait & Switch Store they only want Commission

This is certainly a dealership that believes in helping, but their help is extended to themselves and not the customer. They overprice their used cars, listing one price and then increasing it when you sit down. They don't disclose damage that the vehicle sustained and they push and push to get a deal so that the salesman can get commission! These people SUCK stay away, be warned, stay away. Others share this view, just google complaints against Ed Voyles Honda, you will see.

Ed Voyles Honda is very professional

This is my third Honda from Ed Voyles. I found them to be professional and kept to their word on the Internet pricing. Richard Wade is the Internet go to guy and he was just great. He answered all of my questions before I arrived and had the Accord ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Pricing was the lowest in town from the other dealers I enquired with. The service department is 5 star, very friendly and quick... over all the best car buying experience I have ever had... Thank You Richard and the rest of the management team........

Beware of Repair Shop

The Ed Voyles Body Repair Shop has terrible customer service! They claim to be "award winning" but maybe that's referring to their rotten attitudes because they're definitely #1 in that department. The employees are rude and unprofessional, never have any idea what's going on, nor do they have a clue how to communicate with customers. For the amount of money they charge for repairs, they could at least show a little bit of respect towards their customers, but apparently that's asking too much. I would discourage anyone from bringing a car to the Body Repair shop.

Great Car, Bad Experience

My husband and I bought a used Honda Accord from Ed Voyles Honda. The salesman was friendly and not overly pushy. The car was great and at a great price. We thought everything was wonderful when we walked away owning our new car, but a few months later we were called back to resign papers. As it turns out, they misplaced our papers, and had not found financing for our car. Instead of them coming clean and informing us of the error, we discovered the problem when WE called THEM to find out why we hadn't received a bill. After we called, they funneled us from department to department instead of telling us the truth. It was incredibly frustrating, and as a result, I was left with no trust in them as a company. It was such a disappointment to me, especially since everything seemed so great at first.

After a friend bought for Ed Voyles and had no problems, I decided to give them a try. I won't be back. Turns out the transmission in Acura I purchased was slipping. Not being a car expert, I asked the salesman about it during the test drive and he told me "that's the way Acura's are designed." Shame on me for not knowing better, but it turns out that year model was having so many issues with their transmissions that lawsuits were being filed left and right. Acura ended up replacing the transmission for free, but Ed Voyles Honda (where the car was purchased!) was no help. I won't be back!
