At first, the thought of attending personal training sessions scared me to the point I even had nightmares. Visions came to mind of in-your-face drill sergeants barking out orders - not a fun idea.

But, at the encouragement of my friend Jill I ignored my fears and gave it a shot. Thankfully, it??s not nearly as scary as I thought it would be and I now am stronger, have much more energy and feel healthier overall.

I no longer just feel like a stay-at-home Mom that cooks and cleans ?? now I am a stay-at-home Mom that is ready to kick a little Butt (if need be)

I have tried a lot of different workout routines/classes/DVDS/trainers before but none them compare to Sean. Finally something that kicks my butt without boring me to death! The sessions are intense and give you results fast. After the first couple of weeks I could already see the difference.
Sean switches up the workouts and makes sure you get the most out of your time. Staying motivated and sticking to it is easy because even though you get a super intense workout it is a lot of fun!
If you are serious about changing your body and your life Sean and Unstoppable Fitness for Women is the way to go.

Sean's challenging and creative workouts are fun and keep me interested and motivated, and for the first time in my life I am consistently working out and being healthy. The results are noticeable. I've lost weight and have gained muscle and endurance. I have much more confidence, strength and a better understanding of what I can do. At age 47, I'm the healthiest I have ever been in my adult life.

It's tough finding a good training program in Providence. But with Sean at Unstoppable! Fitness, I know I'm in good hands. Sean delivers very intense workouts (that are never overwhelming) and keeps the energy level to each session very high so you get the best possible workout in 45 minutes.

Sean's classes are awesome! He works your butt off in every class and knows how to keep you motivated. After two weeks, I had more energy than ever before. After three weeks started to notice muscle definition in my arms, thighs and butt. Even if you think you can't do it - try his class - you will love it!

If you're looking for a Personal Trainer in Providence, don't look anywhere else!

Talk about an intense workout! Sean kicks my butt every time and I love it! It's a killer workout but the exercise selection really makes the time go by. I can certainly vouch for the caliber of results that you can get after only 3 days per week.
