Excellent service - fast and thorough. Brad did a great job of fixing my PC at a very reasonable and fair price. Initially I contacted Dell and Microsoft - to no avail they couldn't solve the problem. Brad did in a matter of hours. I strongly recommend his services.

I needed someone to replace a bad hard disk in my Dell 9200 Windows machine, and I also needed lots of help configuring my home office network so that I could print from my Dell and also exchange files among the Dell and my 2 Macintosh desktop machines. Brad was able to give me a good price and very fast service.

Within about three days, Brad had the two hard drives that I requested, and less than 24 hours after I gave him my Dell 9200, he delivered it back to me with the new drives installed and loaded with the contents of the old drives. While he was here, he was able to configure my network so that I could print from the Dell (which I had lost the ability to do), and exchange files among the Dell and my 2 Mac desktops, which I had not been able to do since replacing my router with a faster one. Not only did he know plenty about Windows networking, but he was able to figure out and assist with setting up the Macs properly to access the files on the Windows machine. He even helped me get my "Windows on a Mac" (via Parallels) working to print and exchange files with the other machines.

Brad was also very generous with his time via phone, explaining a lot of things to me at no charge. His hourly rates for work at his location and for onsite work are very reasonable, considering his level of expertise, and there were no surprises in his invoice.

From now on, I'll be contacting Brad via email whenever I need Windows or networking help or hardware service.

Brad built me a PC--it's a screamer at a great price! He also helped get my son's laptop back in order when no one else could clean off the viruses that he had downloaded recently. I recommend his services and products to everyone. Great prices, products, and professionalism!

My experiences with Quasar have been very positive. Brad has built a desktop computer for me, recovered data from a dead hard drive, given me hardware recommendations, and helped me revive my computer when my motherboard died. He also advised me when I bought a laptop and on numerous software desicions I have needed to make. I trust Brad's judgment and experience and he never tries to sell me something I don't need. It's a relief to be able to turn to someone I trust for my computing needs. He's fast, cheap, and skilled. What more could you ask for?

I've been having Brad (Quasar owner) fix and build me computers for years, since before he opened his business (about 7 years now). He's always fair, fast, and honest. I know his prices are far cheaper than all the other places too. I also like that he gives you free tips on his website so you only have to call him when you really need his help, not just for him to make a quick buck off an easy fix. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Quasar.
