My family and I have been to Cowboy Cantina twice. We have had excellent service & delicious food...more than we could finish. The ribs and smoked pulled chicken are excellent. They serve very tasty garlic rolls and beef brisket as well. We have enjoyed the cowboy themed ambiance and found it very family friendly. We will definitely be back and recommend this restaurant to our friends.

NOT special. The staff is more interested in themselves than their customers, and I'd swear at least half of them are on some kind of uppers. I wouldn't touch anything while you're there.

If you like bbq and salad than you will like them. The salad bar has a good variety to it. The food is good. Never had a dessert there but they do all sound good. The rolls are really good.

I enjoy the cantina on Fridays after a long week of work and traffic. This last week we stopped in as usual and we sit in the bar because it's more relaxing. The bar had about 3 to 6 people in it and it was early afternoon. Our waitress was at the bar along with I assume was the Manager/Owner named Daryl. A young female employee walked through the bar and Daryl spoke to her. After she was walking away this person made a loud comment "A Good man is hard to find" but "A Hard man is good to find". I do not know if he made this comment to her or just mouthing off but I found it offensive. The people in the bar were laughing and she was walking towards the back of the restaurant holding her uniform and head hanging down. She appeared to be embarrassed. My husband and I trained in Federal EEO practices know this kind of behavior is a violation of the law. We felt this was a form of sexual harassment. Coming from a person in charge of this establishment (Not some drunken patron), is offensive, unprofessional, illegal and just plain rude. Not to mention the dining area was 3- 4 feet from the bar and I'm sure families do not appreciate this kind of behavior. It seems clearly this individual is need of Sexual harassment training. Our waitress is great and we enjoy the food. The management should take into consideration that customers do not appreciate crude remarks and the "Customer is Always Right". We may not visit this establishment for awhile...

Went for lunch and not sure if I will go again. I love bbq and I don't mind the cowboy motiff but it was so noisy. It didn't seem that crowded but it sounded like it was packed. At times, was thinking that there was a party going on but there wasn't. The food was okay but didn't like the noise.

The place was packed and we had to wait about 1/2 hour for a booth. They have a lot of booths, but many of them are for just two people. Seemed like tight quarters to me, but we were lucky enough to score a 4 person booth.

The host seemed pretty confused as we kept seeing people who came after us get seated. When we finally inquired, he said he had been waiting for a 2 person booth because we hadn't specified that we were open to anything. If we didn't mind we could be seated at a 4 person booth (seemed like a no brainer to me). Also, he kept asking the servers how far along other guests were in their meal. I was kinda turned off by the reports of "they are at the salad bar," and "they are almost done with their entree."

The menu is pretty standard. Steaks, Chicken, Fish, and various BBQ sandwiches, etc. The pasta selection seemed out of place.

I was in the mood for a steak and the Ribeye is my favorite cut. I was taken aback at the prices, however. Most of the steaks were 27-35 bucks. I thought this better be good because that's about the same price as Flemings/Ruth Chris/Morton's steaks (although theirs are ala-carte). My friend wanted the strip steak ($19), but they were out. I went ahead and ordered the $27, 16 oz, ribeye.

You get ONE trip to the salad bar which is nothing special in my opinion. The steak came with a potato and fixen's and vegies (although you could have ordered other sides). The meal was hot, cooked to order, and pretty tasty. But I have to say, it wasn't extraordinary. Frankly, I prefer the $20 ribeye at Macaroni Grill.

The ambiance was pretty bad. It was noisy and a lot of traffic passing the table. There was country music droning in the background but you couldn't really make it out above the noise.

My overall impression was that although the food was pretty good, it wasn't worth the trip, especially at these prices. If I'm going to spend that much on a steak, I want a tablecloth! I give it just a "C" grade.
