Maybe if they closed once in a while, they could clean and fix machines. The salespeople are rude and very pushy. I did lose a few pounds which was good.

I go to this 24 Hour Fitness as it is close to my house but it is obviously older.
The locker rooms are cramped.
They do have a nice sauna and steam room.

I used to work out in this gym couple months back. It is an ok gym, with all the right equipment you need. It also got a basketball court. I would stay away from this gym if you are particular about cleansing. It is definately somewhat dirty compare to other gyms.

I agree with the other reviewers about the sales guys, but I assume once you've signed up, they won't bother you again. This 24-Hour Fitness is an older (but clean) and smaller facility, but they have every machine you are looking for. The downstairs free weight area is nice. My wife and I like the racquetball courts.

Great place to get your exercise. They have a nice pool, machinery, and programs. The employees are nice and like to help others, although a bit pushy when trying to get you to join the place. I recommend going in and having one of those free days. One of the best 24 hours in the S.F. area.

i used to live in dc and the gym here was great. i have been to a lot of gyms and this one is one of the biggest gyms that i have approached. nice look, nice insides, nice gym! a lot of equipment to use for body building and cardio. it's not special, it's like any other gym. i've always favored 24.

The facilities here are pretty good although a little small. Upstairs they have a really large selection of treadmills and weights, and even two rowing machines. Everything is very clean which is nice, but it's a bit packed in so you feel somwhat crowded while exercising. The downstairs pool is really heated and nice though it too is very small, definitely not large enough fot lap swimming. This is definitly one of the cleaner 24 Hour Fitnesses I have been to. The main thing I didn't like about this place is the awful sales pressure which really wasted my time for an overly long period of time, and didn't convince me to buy anything. Also they don't honor their free tenday trial membership coupon offer here, which made me kind of mad.

This gym is bigger is bigger then most. The staff is really nice and helpful. The perks of this gym is that it is open 24 hours a day. Although, it usually is full during peak hours I still have a huge selection of machines, and I don't have to stickwith one cardio machine. The facilities are two stories high. There is a cafe where you can fill your tummy as well as make it look good. I suggest visiting this location in Daly City, you will be surprised at how accommodating it is!
