I am amazed this company is still in business. Like other reviews I have read, I paid for a sofa table, never got it, eventually asked for refund after the table never arrived after 5 months. I ordered the item in 2009, it's now almost a year later and still no refund. Do not do business with this company. I honestly would give this company no stars, but the post will not register without at least 1 star.

I need to know what to do? Is there anybody who can tell me how to get our money back? Please tell me... My husband is ARMY,after a year of Iraq IN SERVING HIS LIFE FOR HIS COUNTRY...He wanted to have a peaceful and setup home to come back to, so he ordered from FURNITURE SHOWCASE IN NORTH CAROLINA on the enternet and the bedroom sets were giong to be there the day he got home from war. We paid it all, the speedy delivery and had the extra 500 to give when delivered. January 12 of 2009 came, no deliverly. Called many times until we were answered had to wait for about a month for the manager to call back, then he asured us it was coming, it got lost but is was found...they had us going! waiting and waiting and tell us we couldnt get our money back, only store credit... and reordering and ordering new stuff ect... Then we can get our mony back but no money no one else knew what we were talking about ect... Well nothing never came no money refund or furniture!!! They are the worst people I have ever had to deal with, they are liers, cheaters and theives!!! I hope everyone of them get years of FED TIME some day soon!!! You do not take from people you never know when you are taking from the babies...Bi$%$#^!!! The BBB did nothing? If it were them and there babies, I bet they would have gotten some stuff stright!!! Small claimes court granted us our money back??? Where are the people now? I told them once again, oh your money should be in the bank on such a day?? Where is it?? The number no longer works? Is the business still there? Did the people really get away with this? They didnt like balck people either,When they found out we were black they never called again??? Did anyone else feel that way? Does anyone have any information I can use Names, Numbers, Adresses? Or were we all just done RAW & DIRTY...??? My advice to who ever is checking out the reviews to see how the company is... I ordered furniture form out of state on March 2009 and never received it! Here we are in 2010 and still nothing; I wouldn??t want it anyways because I found another dinning room but when I would call to find out what was going on they gave me the run around. They have some inane (to use a more appropriate word) people working there. I have yet to receive my refund. I don't get it, how they are still in business, how come they have not been investigated? My advice to you is to NEVER order from this place!!!!!

I ordered furniture via telephone from this dreadful company on May 5, 2009 and paid $120.00 deposit. I ordered a replacement drawer as well as a chest. My salesman was Aaron Vesterfelt. I was told that I would receive my furniture in August 2009. I checked back with the company and was told that my furniture would not be available until the following month. Every month there after that I was told the same thing. It is now March 2010 and I never received my furniture. I wish that I would have seen these reviews before ordering my furniture. I do not understand how this company remains in business. I cancelled my order and placed an order with a more reputable company. Please please please do NOT order any furniture through Furniture Showcase, you will NOT receive the furniture; furthermore, you will receive very poor customer service.

FURNITURE SHOWCASE IN NC IS HORRIBLE. They have an F rating with the BBB. I have been purchasing furniture from NC for the last 12 years and never encountered such an unreliable and unprofessional furniture company in my life. There is awful customer service and most importantly, I never received my complete furniture purchase. Now their manager Aaron is holding hostage pieces of my furniture that are replacements for damaged furniture because I cancelled the balance of my order. My guess is that they are going out of business soon and are trying to get as many deposits as possible. BEWARE.

Purchased furniture in August 2009. It is now March 2010. They claim that it is on a container but that they cannot track it. I have found numerous complaints on Furniture Showcase including a local television news story on the problems with this store. I requested a refund from the store manager, he said that he could not do that since his money is tied up in the furniture that hasn't been received at the store yet. I beg to understand how that is my problem. I Filed complaint with consumer protection agency in NC. Do yourself a favor and find a professional business to purchase from.

I ordered baby furniture for my grandson in Febuary 2009. It is now Febuary 2010 and my grandson is 9 months old and still does not have a dresser to put his clothes in. I have filed a complaint with the FTC AND the BBB of North Carolina against Furniture Showcase. From reading the reviews below, it seems as though their method of operation is delay, postpone, delay, and then put it off longer... AFTER they have your money! This company took forever and I thought I had been had. Out of the blue they called me and said everything was in and ready for delivery. It only took them 6 months........the good thing is I saved a bunch of money and the did deliver. If you do not mind waiting they will ge the stuff to you. I will proablly order again if needed since I saved so much

We ordered a bed from Furniture Showcase about 4 months ago and still haven't got our bed or a refund (after calling several times a week and never getting called back). Listen to all of the reviews here! I just hope that people see these before its too late because I just saw these and now it is too late to get our money back from the credit card company. (apparently you only get 60 days to dispute a charge on your statement). My husband is going to go down to the store this week to try and get our money back but i'm not quite sure how you can really make someone refund your money besides suing them.

After being told each week that it would arrive at the end of next week for 6 months I decided to have them cancel the order and give me my money back. Well, apparently they have to write a check which can only be written by one person in the company who only works on Saturdays, but every Saturday I call he isn't working. And on top of that can't even get a call back from the store manager when I call every time he is "out to lunch" or "with a customer" seems to have a lot of customers at odd times of the day during a recession. DON'T BUY FROM HERE...YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT or YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.

Hi everyone, do yourself a big favor and stay as far away from Furniture Showcase as you can. I tried to buy a simple nightstand from them, gave them a $50 deposit, and never seen either the nightstand or my 50 bucks! They're nice before they get your money but customer service is horrible afterward.

Furniture Showcase is the worst place that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered new living room furniture three months ago and have not received it. I made a payment of almost half the entire cost. My calls to the store were avoided and not returned as promised. The few times I did speak to the manager he was rude and made no apologies. I have been refused a full refund because they are claiming that some of the furniture has already been shipped. Although they still cannot provide me with a delivery date and they had no idea where the furniture was until I asked for a refund. I went so far as to contact the owner and he simply made lame excuses blaming China and the sluggish economy for their poor customer service. I strongly recommend checking with the Better Business Bureau before making a purchase. I wish I had.

We bought our guest bedroom set from Furniture Showcase. Although the bed is higher than we expected, we are happy with the set. It has held up to occasional use well, and was reasonably priced.
