Willamette Dental is the WORST!! They take 3 to 4 months just to get you in for an exam or cleaning. I once broke a front tooth and they wanted me to wait over 3 days for an "emergency appointment". They also find sneaky ways to overcharge (especially with unwarranted "late fees"). The only reason I give them ONE star is for Dr. Taylor. Dr. Taylor is a good guy and does a decent job and should find a higher quality practice to work in.

These people are terrible. You have to make an appointment several months in advance, and their documentation system is awful! When I went in for my appointment, I offered to pay my co-pay when I came in, to which they told me to wait. Then, they asked me to make sure my information in my file was correct- she handed me a form that was from over 10 years ago when I was still married to my ex-husband. I had been in to this dentist office a few times in the past few years and had already updated all my current information. After my appointment was over, they sent me out without paying my co-pay. This morning I got a call saying I owed them the co-pay PLUS late fees (the appointment was only 2 weeks ago).

Also, I had missed my son's appointment a few weeks ago because I didn't get the reminder call, and they informed me that I have to pay them $20 for that missed visit plus a $10 late fee. Apparently their calls are automated, so anyone can pick up your phone and hear their message. If I have to make an appointment 6 months in advance, I'd expect someone to confirm that I know of that appointment if I have to shell out money for missing it.
