I took two of my three dogs there to use the self wash. The staff was so friendly! They were very patient with us and the dogs and showed us how to use everything. While Shelby and Mugsy don't like baths, they did enjoy the store. Mugsy, a rescue who is afraid of most people, even trusted Brian enough to accept treats from him! We will be using them for bathing and grooming from now on!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Appts mean nothing. Takes forever. Dogs returned - and not even clipped evenly! Unprofessional grooming skill. Outrageous considering price. Highly DO NOT recommend. Store might seem high-end - but don't trust their groomers. And do not think an "appt time" means anything. Expect to pick up your dog at the end of the day.
My dog, Jaimie, just had a full grooming at Vienna Pet Spaw. Carol greeted me and was so warm and caring, that I knew I found THE place, after years of various problems using other groomers. 1) she gives you a time to bring in your pet - it doesn't stay in the facility from 8a-5p (most groomers are an all day proposition), 2) the amount quoted at arrival was the same amount paid on departure (I've had bad experiences with this at other places), 3) the staff are all loving and caring.
t's great to know that family-owned shops are still thriving in Vienna. I walked into the Pet Spaw with my loving, but very smelly dog, Wilson, and was warmly greeted by Carol, the owner. Not only did she spend time with us, patiently explaining the best shampoos for his sensitive skin, but even gave Wilson a bandanna when were done. That kind of friendly, patient service is rare these days. Plus, their prices on the kind dry food my dog eats were extremely reasonable. We'll be back
