I stopped at your store because not only do you offer competitive prices, but you also have a larger selection of wines and liquor for a 4th. of July party I am hosting.
Not, only did your cashier Thomas C.
Transaction 55, Terminal 4, Store 058 at 11:37:22 am on 07/03/12,
make me feel like a lesser of a human being because of my Ethnic background and my physical appearance. He was racists and arrogant.
I have full facial hair, mustache and beard with more gray hair than black.
He asked my for my I.D.
I asked him, do you do this to everyone?
I have been here multiple times and not once have I been asked for my I.D.
I asked him do I look under 21 years of age to you?
The reason; I am upset and feel selectively discriminated against, is not because he asked me for my I.D, but because his incompetency and racist individual that he is, failed to notice me as other patrons paid for their purchases in his register and
"DID NOT" ask to see their Identification ??They looked a lot younger than I did!?

WHY!!!
Because they were of his "Thomas C.? race, Caucasian "White Person" Blond hair, light skin.
I will no longer, not only shop in the Costa Mesa store, but any of your Bevmo stores since you believe that discrimination and selectively targeting individual of non-white skin tone is an acceptable practice at your stores AND IN 2012 RACISM IS ALIVE AND WELL IN BEVMO!

If for any reason, you think I saw or over-reacting think again.
I returned to the same store at 11:53:09 to make an exchange because the item I purchased was wrongly marked with a higher price.

I was assisted by female in the Mgr. Terminal at 11;53:09, transaction 11, Terminal 2, Store 058 with the exchange.

The manager??s terminal is adjacent to Thomas C. Terminal. Again, he failed to notice me. 3 more customers paid for their purchase. Again, he did not ask to see for Identification. Again, the customers where Caucasian!

So, you tell me!
Not once, not twice, but 5 times! Thomas C. Failed to ask for Identification to everyone but me!

How do you explain his actions??

I love Bevmo. They provide great customer service and they have a wide variety of alcohol at unbeatable prices!!! I alway get Stella Rosa from this particular location.

Also there are a few BevMo! stores that have been popping up around the OC and have a great selection with good prices. Love there prices on there Smirnoff are $5.00 dollars cheap here then orther stores.
