no wonder they are so cheap, i received lousy service. they acted like they were bothered to do a simple nail design. the girl spent her time going between me and two other girls, instead of giving me her full attention. and making my appointment way longer. my nails came out crappy, and i will never ever go there again.

they are rude, unprofessional, and the owner needs better management skills. they discuss private issues and bad mouth customers right after they leave the salon. i've told everyone i've ever met not to go there. palomo is ten times better and they are also affordable.

I highly recommend Kosmo. Ryanne knows color, she's creative and I get lots of compliments after getting my hair done with her. She takes pride in her work and doesn't rush through appointments. Linn is the best manicurist I've had in years, she's very talented just check out her website! It's also the cleanest salons I've been into in a very long time.

This comment is for Frank.... Christina has not worked at Kosmo for a very long time. so stop writing comments about Christina.. And as for the rest of you that are writing bad comments, obviously you have not been to the salon. It happens to be a great salon. Everyone that works there is nice and very friendly. They have fun and joke around with everyone. They also do awesome nail designs.Go visit the salon before you talk bad. Do something better with your time then to talk crap about people....

I went to Christina for a haircut, and I was shocked at how carefree she was with her razor. My hair was ruined, and I couldn't believe I actually paid someone to scalp me. It was an utter disgrace. I told her to give me just a trim, and she comes over to me with a razor, and just starts slicing away. i will never trust my hair to someone like that again.

i went there about 2 days ago for a fill and a manicure, and they made me wait for over forty-five minutes before finally seeing me. The girl who did the manicure was rude, and spent most of the appointment talking to somebody instead of paying attention to me, the customer. I was very dissatisfied, and would never go back.

They do an awesome job on nails. They have awesome nail designs. This salon everyone actually speaks english. I highly recommend this place you can get everything done here. And Veronica she does an awesome job on hi lights.

This salon is very clean and very helpful. Its a one stop salon. I got my hair, nails and wax done here. Everyone in the salon is soo nice. They also do awesome nail designs. By the way my Hi lites came out just the way I wanted it. I would recommend this salon to my friends.

Kosmo is a great place...feels like home! Linh is fabulous with nails and pedicures! I love it that it's a great one stop shop...hair, nails, wax, etc.

Christina does a great job with trendy haircuts she definaltey knows how to use a razor and she isn't scared to try something new she welcomes any challenge.
