Melrose Jewelers

I was very impressed with Melrose Jewelers knowledge of Rolex watches, a new passion of mine. Their website carries a beautiful selection of rare Rolex watches, and I hope to soon return to add another Rolex to my collection. Trustworthy and great customer service, will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Just received my Rolex Datejust with the two-tone band, and I couldn't be happier! This is one gorgeous watch, and it's EVERYTHING the Melrose website said it would be. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received and the answers he provided to my questions. I made it a point to ask him about the detractors and negative news about Melrose on the web, and he had some frank and honest replies. I don't doubt that some people have had a negative experience with Melrose. It happens. But so far, I rate my buying experience as "excellent". And no, I'm not a Melrose "plant". I have only purchased 1 used Rolex at Melrose Jewelers, but they treated me like I had known them for years. I have looked at and bought used Rolex watches at other stores (both online and in storefronts) and I have to say this was the easiest of them all.

This being the second pre owned Rolex Ive bought for myself I figured I should just spend the money and get a top shelf model. I mean since I was saving roughly $20,000, I might as well go all out right? Being in business my whole life, I know a good deal when I see one.

After looking at all the models they had, I decided to go with the silver dial Rolex Day Date (aka rolex president) and couldnt be happier. Take a look at this mechanical masterpiece.

Bottom line: I wouldnt hesitate to shop at Melrose Jewelers again.

I am a very careful consumer; I do my homework before I buy almost anything. Even a $50 item I might spend a couple days looking at reviews and spec sheets etc. I called and emailed a few of the other online preowned Rolex dealers and was shocked at the lack of professionalism across the board from these companies. Most of them did not email me back at all, some of them who eventually did took days to do so.

Melrose Jewelers was the complete opposite. They talked with me on the phone for some time, and answered every question I had about Rolex watches. Then they actually suggested I go try watches on at a local store before I made my decision! I called them several days later and made my purchase, a beautiful stainless steel with silver dial with diamond and blue sapphire bezel Datejust rolex.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase and their service, and if I ever need another Rolex, I am going straight to Melrose Jewelers!

My husband wanted to make sure that he bought me a Rolex that I would love and that he would be proud that I was wearing, so after researching and calling a bunch of different websites for a few months we picked out the perfect Rolex watch for me. We went with Melrose Jewelers after reading some very good reviews online, and calling them several times. They were always really responsive and patient with us. Their sales associate even suggested some other websites for us to look at to help us compare prices and services. I would highly recommend Melrose Jewelers if you are interested in buying rolex watches.

Buying a Rolex online can be a sketchy thing. There are so many fakes and rip off websites out there that I was really worried about purchasing my first Rolex Datejust online. After spending some time researching the different used rolex watches websites I discovered Melrose Jewelers and I am happy to say my search stopped there.

I browsed around the website for awhile and was overwhelmed by all the different models they had. From the rolex Datejust, to the rolex Day date, to the rolex president, I didnt know where to start. I gave up on searching by myself and decided to give them a call. The sales associate helped me to decide on a Mens Rolex presidential with 3 carats of diamonds around the bezel, a much rarer (and flashier) version than the standard 1 carat. It really is something to look at

The cost wasnt really a concern as much as customer service and a quality product was, but I must say their prices werent bad at all. Short story long, I love the watch, I would do business with Melrose Jewelers again.

I am totally satisfied with Melrose Jewelers. They, unlike other jewelry sites, promptly answered a question that I e-mailed them, and I was impressed with that.

I wasnt sure what the difference was between a president Rolex and an Oyster Rolex, they explained that it described the type of band the watch had. They even went on to tell me more than I thought I would ever need to know about a Rolex watch.

The sales associate Scott helped me make an informed decision instead of trying to sell me the most expensive model they had. We worked around my budget and not his commission, which is truly a nice change from the normal salesman type.

I just received my rolex datejust yesterday, and I am very happy with the watch.

I'm very happy with my Mens Rolex Datejust purchase; I only wish that I had found Melrose Jewelers sooner. I wasted a good week investigating other online stores until I found Melrose Jewelers. I saved a few hundred dollars at the same time, and got a better quality and model Rolex watch than I was about to buy at another online retailer (who will remain nameless for trying to rip me off!). I was originally looking at the cheaper stainless steel rolex datejust models.

But then they had such great prices on the Two Tone Datejust rolex I had to buy one.

The prices were great and shipping was quick. Keep up the good work guys!.

My Rolex Datejust watch came in from Melrose Jewelers yesterday and Im already in love with it. Their sales associate Scott was extremely helpful and didnt pressure me in any way. A basic rule for you: Treat others with respect and they will treat you with the same. When I wasnt sure I wanted to spend the money on a datejust, he even suggested a much lower priced rolex Tudor.

When I took it out of the box, I couldnt believe it was used. I now have plans to buy a ladies Rolex for my Mother who will be celebrating her 80th birthday next month!

Purchasing from Melrose Jewelers was so easy. They were really helpful and professional. Even though I only bought a Rolex submariner, they didnt treat me any different than if I were buying a brand new $30,000 rolex president. When the rolex submariner arrived at my doorstep it looked even better than the picture lead me to believe. The rolex prices they have are affordable and fair.

This is the Rolex submariner I bought and believe me when I say the picture doesnt do it justice!

Ive purchased two Rolex watches from Melrose Jewelers and feel nothing but satisfaction with their service. Scott, the sales associate, helped me choose a ladies rolex watch for my daughter who was graduating college. He was and extremely professional. I looked at the Rolex Datejust, and Rolex Day Date President, and after some time on the phone he helped me decide on the rolex oyster perpetual lady date just.

I highly recommend Melrose Jewelers if you are in the market for a Rolex watch and are smart enough to know that a pre owned Rolex is a better decision.
