I bought a Rolex watch from them,I went to a Rolex authorized store and found out it is fake. I called them and they refused to refund. Shame on you and never buy from them!

I consider myself a watch snob. I only want the best. That is why I make all of my purchases from Melrose Jewelers. My most recent purchase was a Rolex presidential 2 weeks ago. As usual, shipping was fast, the selection made me drool, and the price was the best I found. I put it into my wear-rotation with my other Rolex and Breitling watch, both of which I also purchased from Melrose. I recommend them to all of my friends, whom have also made purchases and been satisfied customers of Melrose. I'm a life-long satisfied customer, and will be making purchase #4 in February.

I wanted to be sure I was ordering a genuine Rolex, so I went to Melrose Jewelers. They give an independent appraisal with each watch. They also shipped my order overnight with insurance, so I didn't worry about it getting lost in the mail. Shipping was free (my favorite word). The ladies' Rolex presidential I ordered for myself came in superb condition. I compared to local prices, and I saved about $2,500 by ordering from Melrose. They also have a 2 year warranty. They offered absolutely everything I wanted when purchasing a Rolex. I will be a repeat customer.

I will admit that I am very picky about my jewelry and I am also hard to please, but Melrose Jewelers has really made an impression on me. I ordered a two tone Rolex from them and was really surprised about the quality of the watch. It was exactly as listed on the site, and I could not believe that a pre-owned watch could even look that great. Not to mention the lovely, affordable price that I paid for it. Shipping and service was astounding as well. I only had to contact them once before I ordered to ask them if I would get my watch the same week I ordered it. Not only did I get an excellent response from them, I also got my watch a few days sooner than I expected it. I wish I had found their site sooner because It would have saved me a whole lot of trouble from dealing with mediocre jewelers that I have dealt with in the past.

I'm a collector of fine watches, so you can imagine my disgust with the current market. There is just nothing online that I find appealing. But when I ran into Melrose Jewelers I was extremely surprised at the variety and affordability of their products. I couldn't be happier. I ordered a quality Rolex and it arrived right to my door. I was really skeptical of ordering a high end watch online (I needed to order a Rolex for my father for Christmas!) but surprisingly I was really happy. It looks like the product I received is authentic and the shipping was really quick, too. A lot of the time I end up wondering where my online orders are so I don't like to shop online often, but I got an order confirmation email fairly fast after I placed the order on the Melrose Jewelers website. I was assured it would be here on time and it was! I received the watch yesterday. So I have more than enough time to wrap it and put it under the tree for my dad. I did sneak a peak at the watch before I hid it away and I might have to come back to this site and order one for myself if I can manage to save up for one. I'm not a watch person but it was really gorgeous! I think Melrose Jewelers have converted me :) I'll be back to make another order soon. Very happy with this place.

I have to say color me impressed! I got a really cute Ladies' presidential for a great price. I will never buy a watch from anyone but Melrose Jewelers. They really hooked me up. Melrose Jewelers in my opinion are the best online jewelers out there. The Rolex was in awesome shape and works great. I may just buy a Rolex for my husband soon.

Melrose jewelers has been an amazing supplier of mine for a long time. Every time I need a new piece of jewelry for a party or event, I always use them. The pieces come in a day or two tops. Melrose Jewelers has SO many options. I am always satisfied with the things I receive from them. I have actually referred quite a few of my friends to them and they love their stuff too. I am happy to say That I purchased a Ladies Rolex from Melrose Jewelers for my 38th birthday. I wanted to treat myself to something rather exquisite. I was searching the web and came across Melrose Jewelers. I was surprised to see Rolex watches for such affordable prices. They have courteous staff members. There will never be store as good Melrose Jewelers. I bought my mother a two tone Rolex to honor her 65th birthday.. She couldn't believe that I bought her a Rolex. This was one of the best purchases that I have ever made. I saved so much money on this purchase. I look forward buying my own Rolex very soon. I was really stuck about what to buy my father-in-law this Christmas. This is his last year in the States before he ships out to Kuwait, so I knew this one had to be special. I was getting NOWHERE with the malls, and online stumbled across a Melrose Jewelers ad. I couldn't believe their amazing selection of Rolex watches! I was a little hesitant about making such a large purchase online, so I called them up for some peace of mind. Their staff was AMAZING! I just yesterday received my Presidents Rolex that I bought from Melrose Jewelers. It is exquisite! It's even nicer than I was expecting, which when you're talking Rolex is pretty hard to do. And I paid almost 1K less than what I was about to pay somewhere else. I dont know how they're able to sell such quality pieces at ridiculously low prices, but I'm glad they do. As a young businessman, people don't always take you seriously at first. I've always followed the old adage "dress for success", but I needed something just a little bit more. After shopping around I found Melrose Jewelers. Their prices are amazing! I purchased the Stainless Steel Rolex Sea Dweller. It arrived promptly the next day (during the holiday season too!). It was 25th anniversary and I needed a gift for my wife. Melrose Jewelers made it so easy for me. I couldn't believe how many options there were. The website was easy enough for a person without computer knowledge to use. I found so many nice things to get her but I chose a Rolex. My wife has been there so much for me that she deserved something special. Melrose Jewelers was kind enough to help me with the ordering and had my package shipped that day. Well now this is a different store. It's seller of used watches but leagues better than any new watch seller in terms of value. Their items are all in excellent condition, so much so that you can't tell most are used. They're very friendly, their customer service is excellent and the selection is huge. Rolex experts but they stock plenty of other brands and beautiful jewelry too. They have a very convenient website and are perfect for gifts or to treat yourself. Overall, a must-try store. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Beautiful with a side of class, yes please! I still have the Rolex I got when I graduated, ten years ago. I am still absolutely in love with it. Rolex watches are the perfect gift, not to mention they last forever. And what lady doesnt want to have a little more beauty and elegance secured to her all day. I recently checked out a bunch of stores that offered rolex products. I quickly realized that they were way more expensive than what I expected. Luckily I decided to try researching sites that sell them online. I found out about Melrose Jewelers being an extremely reliable site and checked them out right away. I couldn't believe the prices they offered! I found a watch that was 5000 dollars off and couldn't resist purchasing it! The watch came super fast and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. First of all, let me say the biggest worry i have with putting big money into a watch is what if its a fake. However if buying from a place as well known as Melrose isn't enough, they'll refund or exchange the watch at any time if it turns out you've been duped. They had a great selection of Rolex watches, I happened to pay list for mine, but they had many great deals as well. The service was great, I didn't have a problem with pushy annoying salesmen or finding help. Another great point is the two year warranty, which takes a lot of stress off wearing such an expensive timepiece. I don't know why i even shopped around after my first stop at Melrose. Other places just seem stressful with salesmen who constantly check up on you and think they're slick. At least those vibes weren't in Melrose.

The selection of watches is large and just about any type of watch you're looking for are definitely there. The prices were great and the shipping costs were lower then I had expected. What to say about the site Melrosejewelers. First im gana start off with a story. I was searching for a gift for a girl. I found this site in the process and noticed several things. The fast shipping, 24hrs service and somthing else. That Rolexes are way to pricy for me. When i seen them on this site i was thinking a bad site so i continued my search. But after a while all the sites had the same or even higher prices. So i think i am probly going to go back and look at melrose again. because atleast it has free shipping and what not.

I just received the Two-Tone Black Dial Daytona Cosmograph Rolex that I ordered from Melrose Jewelers, literally just a few days ago, and to say I am impressed would be an understatement! The watch is very simply put, incredible. It looks absolutely new. There is NO way of telling the watch was ever worn and it certainly exceeded my expectations in every respect. They have a great staff who are very helpful at answering questions. Their hours are great. The service was great. A little less than a month ago, it was my grandfather's 75th birthday and also his wedding anniversary was just some days before that. The whole family was planning on getting him a really special birthday, and after a while my mother started suggesting a Rolex watch, since - he says - her dad has been talking about wanting one for the last fifteen years at the very least. We were a little discouraged at first, because this seemed like the perfect idea but we found the prices were simply way too high. Then a friend of mine, who knew about this, sent me the URL to Melrose Jewelers and I was thrilled to discover such amazing opportunities. I had all my family in front of the computer's screen and it took us an hour to decide. We bought a Stainless Steel Datejust spending little above 3500$ and had it shipped to grandpa's in Missouri where we were at the time, so we could see the surprise on his face when it got there. It was one of the best moments ever, and the watch was just perfect! It sure can be pretty expensive anyway, but some times it's worth every single cent, I would do it again without thinking twice, we were really happy with everything!

I wanted to purchase a Silver Rolex President and they had so many different types to choose from. There were new and used and the selection was great. I just purchased the most gorgeous Rolex! I have to say that the quality, and attention to style that Melrose Jewelers shows is impeccable. I wasn't sure exactly which type of Rolex I wanted to buy, only that it had to be just right! The salesperson who helped me did a great job of pinning down just the right size and details would be perfect. Few days banc, I was really anxious to buy some good quality watch or Jewelry for my mom on his birth day. Finally, the dream came true once i knew about Melrose Jewelers. I went to the shop and found amazing products at very cheap rates. They have brought a real quality in the market about watches and jewelry. I purchased a watch and some pendants, necklace.
