The nurse practioner that answered the phone had my request from the pharmacy that was five days old.
She indicated that I would have to pay a $60.00 office visit fee to get my prescription renewed.
She was not very friendly or helpful.
Dr. McDonald is great, but this person is not.

SimpleCare was started by an Emergency Medicine Physician (Joseph McDonnell M.D.) on January 9th, 2008 to provide a place to get quality, affordable treatment for minor injuries and illnesses 7 days a week. All visits are on a walk-in basis, and we are in-network for most insurances. Patients without insurance can take advantage of the "time of service" discount--prices for which are available up-front and displayed in the waiting room.
