My husband, granddaughter and I visited the Dink's at the Mall and it was great! The food was delicious, the service was prompt and very friendly, and accommodating.

I purchased the bagels and cream cheese. The bagels were tasty, and the cream cheese could have been blended more, but it tasted very good.

I will return again.

Bad attitude by management and poor training. I'll list the examples:

1. Advised the manager that it was NEVER a good policy to seat people next to the kitchen exit if there were other tables available. (There were many others) She went on and on about her employees and workloads. She could have cared less about the customers.
2. No jams with bread. But she only had excuses and didn't seem to care.
3. Very small English Muffins. She said they were "Thomases" and that's how they were. Excuse me, I get them at Costco and they aren't THAT small.
4. Finally, she then made negative comments to my wife about me.
Prediction: Dink's won't last long.
PS: Go to the Egg Plantation for a great breakfast. There's a wait - for good reason.

Very poor service! Good food, but no clue to service. Was served my breakfast and asked for some jelly. Was told to go get it at the service bar. I stated that they only had one kind. The girl went over and found other jellies and placed in the basket. Then told me to go get it. She could have walk ten feet and brought me some... NO JELLY = NO TIP. AND LAZY.

It was my first and last time visiting Dink's Deli. Sunday after church my daughter invited me to breakfast at Dink's. As the hostess was leading us to our table, I slipped. It was a hard one. My eye glasses broke and the pinky on my right hand was crushed against one of the booth. I felt embarrassed for causing such a scene; but the patrons were great. A nice young man having breakfast, helped me up and a young couple came right away to make sure I was ok and that I didn't have a broken finger or anything broken for that matter. I started to cry. The hostess had gone back to her duties, she did give me my broken glasses, but neglected to show us to our table. We were left standing where I had fallen. Finally to what it seemed a long time to me, a man showed up, I couldn't tell if he was a patron or the manager, never introduced himself, he simply asked if I was ok. The end. Nobody asked for my name or offered to get me to a chair. I was made to feel that it was my fault and I shouldn't have done it. Shame on me. Yes, that's how I was made to feel. I left the place, crying - They are insencetive, unprofessional and they shouldn't represent any type of business without going through proper training.

Rude, rude, rude! I walked in at 6:51pm on a Friday evening and the grill was already shut down as well as all the bagels off the shelves and lights dimmed, etc... I was told that they were "almost closed" by the girl at the counter. Hmmm...almost closed? What is that supposed to mean? What time did she actually begin to "almost close" the restaurant? The posted business hours stated they closed at 7:00pm. I expected to come in before the posted closing time and receive service, but apparently that isn't how Dink's operates. When I requested a phone number to reach the manager she went and got her cell phone and gave me a number. Great, until I called it and she answered. She told me the manager wasn't in and that I could call back and leave a message. So helpful, thanks. All she managed to do was piss me off and guarantee that I will never do business there again.

If you like semi-good food and very rude service then go to Dinks. I've been going to Dinks for years (kind of like the soup nazi) in Granery Square...my son even worked there for a time being...the service has gotten worse over the years as well as the rudeness. The last time we ate there we found a hair in a muffin we purchased. I brought it back and very quietly pulled on of the female servers aside and told her. Not only was she extremely rude about it she also could have cared less, said it was not "a hair, but a pastry brush bristle." Like that should make me feel better, she offered another muffin but my son was grossed out and didn't want anything, just my money back for the muffin which she refused to do. That was the last time I will ever step into Dinks again. There are many fine restaurants where you can purchase bagels from with much better servers and friendly attitudes. I'd rather pay more for friendly, kinder owner and servers.

I was purchasing items for my temple for Passover and I asked the owner if the labels were correct. He told me yes but when I looked at the items I was purchasing they weren't labeled correctly. I pointed this out and the owner said if I didn't like it I could leave the items and shop elsewhere. This was only one the rude and unacceptable encounters that I had with this owner. I will never use them again.

I have been going to Dink's for bagels for so many years now. Their bagels are so delicious! They have a large variety and they are always so fresh too. The staff are always friendly with a big smile on their face too.

Dink's is great. Our family has gone to the one in Granary Square for years, so I was really pleased when they opened this location near my office. Weekday breakfast is a great deal and their sandwiches are fabulous! Great, clean atmosphere.

Great Service, Clean and neat. New location. Real authentic and great tasting deli. Great place for lunch, prices are comparable to other sandwich places. I highly recommend Dink's.
