This company is being sued by multiple customers, has enormous amount of complains with the Department of Transportation, got kicked out of beter biznes buro. Google it and you will read the horrow stories for yourself.

I have now used Freedom Van Lines twice and we are using them again this coming weekend as we consolidate households from 2 down to 1. They were very reasonably priced, provided 2 movers in a 3 hour time span and completed our moves in less than that both times. We were provided the same two movers both times and were very pleased. As far as we know, nothing was broken during the move (care was taken with blankets on anything we wanted blankets wrapped around) and the movers were on time both moves. We expect the same quality on our third move as well. We would recommend them to anyone moving in-town.

My move from Houston Tx to California went very well through this company and I was called by my estimator Michael and asked to post a review on this site. I am posting positive feedback in regards to their services and would recommend others to use their moving services. I also moved my vehicle through them and had a similar move. the car wqas delivered next day and all went perfect. Great company

We were refered to freedom van lines by a friend of ours who retired in TX, and they were great. I assumed by them being a smaller company it would take longer to get my things, they loaded at 10am and we were in FL by 12noon next day. No damages, nothing missing great. I had moved my parents recently from Texas to California to live with my
sister. Both are elderly and old. The movers that showed up at their home
were great. They were able to pack up the whole house and leave the same
day?They handled all of my parents items with care and did their job quietly
and quickly. They were polite and courteous and I will use them for my move
in another year or so.

I moved with Freedom Van Lines and I cannot thank them enough. They set me up for a pick up on july 5th or 6th and showed up early on the 5th, started packing and finished loading me by early afternoon. I bought the guys lunch and joked around with them and they were real nice and genuine people. They worked hard and managed to deliver my items less than a week later and did just as good on the unloading end. It was a corporate move paid by my employer and we have since set up 2 other moves through them as well with the same result. Great work and honest. Thank you and here is the review I promised.

i would definately recommend freedom van lines to all of my friends, and anyone else that needs to move. The people at freedom were so helpful and courteous. We had to move in an emergency situation and they were able to find us a mover on short notice and at a very good price as well. The movers came and they were so professional and helpful. They made a bad situation good. Thank you freedom van lines.

I had a similar experience that all of these people have had. Really nice and easy to work with, honest which I guess is a rareity in moving and really hard working movers. I was happy with the overall performance on both ends. I would use them again and will use them again because I move alot as I am a military wife. I have never had problems with moving companies until this one. First I was given a quote based on my furniture and boxes. When the movers got there plans had changed and I had them move only the boxes and a few small furniture items, and leave the rest there. I was told I had to still pay the original quote for the time being but after weighing the truck the price would then be adjusted according to the actual weight. I was told I would have my items within ten days and never heard from them for 20 days. After trying to contact them for several days with no luck I finally was told that it would be there the 2nd of the month (which would be 31 days after the move). I was upset that I never got a call to say there would be delays and had paid for a storage unit that was sitting empty b/c they didn't follow through. Then 4 days before the new delivery date, they showed up unannounced. I got no call that the day had moved up and they would be there. Then I was told that my weight was what they originally quoted. Knowing that's not possible they refused to show me the certificate of weight. The office said if I didn't pay I couldn't have my stuff. Then the movers took an hour and half just to back the truck up to my storage unit and said b/c of that i would have to pay additional $50 b/c it was difficult. I refused and had to deal w/ some rude woman in the office that treated me as if I was the stupid one. Then the movers dropped 4 different boxes and laughed about it and my one of a kind antique chinese table came back broken. It was a horrible experience and am still fighting to get my money back. I wouldn't reccommend them to my worst enemy!

Just a good moving compnay , I heard so much bad opinions on moving companies that I was very frightened , I didn't know which company to use.

At the end I found Freedom Van Lines , they were very good, on time and very professional.

I just want to post the review as a thank you note after a job well done by this company.
It started with the person on the office that explained all the costs and asked me good questions about my move and gave me an accurate quote (he actually over estimated me for $50).
And ended with a fast and professional crew that handeled my move.

Due to my husbands job, we relocate often (4 times in the last 2 years) and we usually use united van lines or north american as we have the last 3 times. They did a really good job but the costs are so high and my husbands company only pays a partial amount of the entire move. Our last move which was in late july we went online searching for more competitive quotes and filled out a form with yourmovingday and recieved calls from a few moving companies. They were all within a few hundred dollars of each other and for the most part had good reviews on this web . We chose freedom van lines and they were literally $700.00 less than our last move for the same weight. They did a great job from beginning to end. Thanks for all the helpful information and the great move. We will be using freedom van lines when we move again.

2 everybody who reads i hope u will make the smart decision and move with this company.
i lived in dallas tx in a 4 bdr' house,got an estimator from freedom to my house he was straight forward and knew exactly how to meet my goals explained how stuff can be packed rapped shipped in various ways explainig it all, depends on the amount u want to spend,i was impressed, and chose to move with them, went to visit their office, everybody their is lovely . well organized storage i was sold.
day of the move came and so did freedom van lines. "swooshed" the house in 6-7 hrs full packing service excellnt guys.
5 days after i got a call from the movers telling me that the stuff will arrive the next morning and so it did.
i saved money by alowing them to ship my stuff with other people (gas expences).
very very very happy
will recommend freedom to anybody

We moved from Texas to Maryland on 6/10/2008 and we could not have picked a better moving company. The movers were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. All our things were delivered in their original state. The movers arrived to our new place in Maryland on 6/12/08 earlier than we did and waited for more than two hours for us to get to Maryland. When we got there we had to store some of our things in a storage room close to our place and the movers even helped us arrange and rearrange items in the storage room so we can fit everything that needed to be stored. All this, they did with a very positive attitude and a friendly manner. All in all, they made this highly stressful time easier for us. We highly recommend this company. Thank U

After several bad experiences moving in Dallas I was so happy to have found these guys. They were on time and delivered exactly what they said that they would. Their professionalism were really a breath of fresh air after what I've delt with in the past. I felt I really got my money's worth which I had never felt to be true before this move. I will absolutely use them again and have already recomended them to tons of other folks! Use these guys! They're great!
