I scheduled a cleaning through this company two weeks in advance. Sent an e-mail three days before to confirm and was told that they would not be able to make it out to the job because they had double-booked. After rearranging my busy Saturday to accommodate a new time, I requested a discount due to the inconvenience. The company suggested they could not due business with me.
