I signed up for the Intro package which was 3 classes @ $60 each. After your intro offer, the prices jump to an outrageous $60 per class. They are mean, uneducated thugs that run the class and if you google the company it is involved in a lawsuit/scandal.
Yes, i worked hard, but I dont even think i did the excercises correctly.

This is the most complete, intense and BEST workout I have ever done. To provide some perspective, I am a former Division 1 collegiate athlete in my late 20's, so I am well familiar with intense workouts and regimens. I can honestly say that through several months of Warrior Fitness Bootcamp, I am in better shape than I have ever been in! Alex and Ruben provide a non-stop, intense 1 hour session of constant cardio, strengthening and agility workouts that truly push you to your limit. What's also great is that they can customize the workout to your needs. For example, I have a few ailments (ankle, knee) that prevent me from doing certain workouts. Instead, they have me do alternate exercises that work me just as hard, if not harder. What's also great is that the classes consist of people vary across the spectrum. You have people who are avid marathoners working out with people who have never visited a gym before. You have people who do weekly triathalons running with housewives who are just looking to get in shape. It's a great mix of folks!

This place provides a great combination of several things that truly make a service business stand out:

1.) EXCELLENT PRODUCT: the proof is in the workout itself - it's incredible.
2.) OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE: If you're injured, they'll work with you to figure out what best to do, be it changing up your work out, taking some time off to rest (in which case they will NOT penalize you any classes). Also, Alex and Ruben will work with you to figure out the best approach to meet your goals. I recently got married, and they worked with my wife and I to build a meal plan and regimen to maximize our results of getting in killer shape for our big day. Truly excellent customer service!
3.) OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: the facilities are top notch for the workout you do. Also, the camaraderie you build with your fellow Warriors is awesome as I've made several great friends through Warrior!

I am well familiar that a competing boot camp *cough*pure power*cough* actually offers free classes to its customers for posting positive reviews - how cheap and unreliable! Also, the owner of Pure Power was actually outside of Warrior Fitness yesterday trying to poach its customers by offering cheaper package prices for people who would switch over - how truly sad and a sign that their business is floundering (probably for good reason - read their reviews!)!

The only way to see how effective and incredible this workout is, is to try it yourself. I guarantee that you will get whipped into the best shape of your life, while having a great time doing so!

After reading all of the positive reviews Warrior Fitness has received and watching all the publicity on local and national television, I had to try this place out (I signed up for the three class introductory package for $60).

Simply put, I was highly disappointed... here are my three simple reasons as to why I felt this way:

1) glorified circuit training... although I think this is a great form of exercise and I understand it's helpful to receive motivation while training, the exercises performed are quite simple and well capable of being performed by oneself (i.e., running up stairs in an old NYC building, running around a track, pushups, sit-ups, along with an obstacle course)...

2) price... although an introductory package for three classes only costs $60, a three month membership skyrockets to around $1500... to me, that's a lot of money considering the style of exercises and the facilities that are used (i.e. a loft that is cooled by fans and the aforementioned rudimentary equipment)...

3) zero focus on exercise form/details... I know the class is setup in small groups (say, 10 per instructor) and that as a result, the instructor is capable of remembering your name... however, I was disappointed at how little attention there was to form in each individual performing his/her various exercises... to me this is important because if one is not using the right form, that person has the potential to injure him/herself, while that person also won't truly workout the intended muscles...

I think the founders have setup a fabulous business that must carry high margins, while the marketing techniques are ingenious - who doesn't want to become a "warrior" and supposedly train with Marines who understand Parris Island.

However, a true "warrior" is not only brave, but is also experienced in performing his/her homework on what he/she is signing-up and paying for.

If you are someone who wants to physically challenge yourself in a way that gets way beyond anything you've ever put yourself through and reap incredible psychological and physical rewards from it, become a Warrior!

It is so hard to self-motivate yourself, but when you have a group of people striving towards the same goal and backing you up= you are bound to see results. Ok, I??m a workout freak. I have done almost every class/workout in NYC. So I wasn??t scared going into this place. But the moment I walked in everything changed. I walked into a little hallway that was filled with all their media plaques. Then I walked into the main space which was huge and nothing like I??ve seen before. There was music pumping over the air waves, people running, counting and jumping over walls. I was thinking about walking out but then one of the instructors saw the look on my face, he came over and gave me a few words of encouragement and sent me off to the waiting areas. We warmed up then started to stretch. We started with jumping jacks and before I knew it I was like OMG, this is hard, and how will I finish this class. As the class progressed I wanted to stop but the instructors and people in the class kept motivating me. Before I realized it the class was over. The obstacle course was hard and I couldn??t do a few things but that??s ok. I??m going back to get over that damn wall. This place was just awesome!

Warrior fitness bootcamp has really changed my life. I am using muscles I have never used before; it is an hour workout that equals 3 hours in the gym, everyone is courteous and friendly and truly you will get the best trainers, Justin, Alex and Ruben. This is the only workout that has kept me motivated.

The routine is never the same but you can expect plenty of pushups, situps, squat thrusts, abs, arms, stairs, running, jumping, and climbing. The classes range from 5-20 people at a time and the instructors make it a point to know everybody by name. One word sums up my experience at Warrior Fitness Boot camp... A-MAZING! The workouts are challenging and sometimes(ok, lots of the time) painful, but the way you feel when it is over is like no other! The instructors Ruben and Alex are so motivating and know exactly how to push you in the workout, without pushing you away from the class. Yes, sometimes you just want to walk away after your fourth lap of bear crawling, or 100th squat jump... but there's something about their energy, and that of your fellow warriors that keeps you there. The workouts are always different, and you really do NOT get bored! It's an intense workout, that is 100% worth every drop of sweat that will(and trust me... YOU WILL SWEAT!) fall to the floor!!!

I recently attended Officer Candidates School of the U.S. Marine Corps and needless to say the physical training that takes place there is intense and extremely challenging. Prior to leaving, I joined WFBC and these guys had me in tip-top shape in no time. I knew I was going to be extremely happy and glowing but was I going to have the confidence to be actually proud and feel good about the way I looked. I did a web search for bootcamps in NYC, as my friend in LA had been ranting about her body transformation due to a bootcamp series out there...Warrior Fitness Bootcamp caught my eye and I gave it a try. I have had varying periods of good fitness in the past 15 years (I'm 39 now) but felt like I needed some shock treatment. The first three weeks were definitely a shock to my body, but I could tell immediately that commitment to this place would pay off in size, and quickly.
The instructors are the main driver of the success (Alex and Ruben), they create an atmosphere of partnership - between them and us warriors, and between warriors - that helps everyone get pushed to their own maximum ability. They somehow manage to be authoritative, respectful, and all around nice guys at the same time. This combination makes us all attempt what they ask us to do, even if we think it's impossible. And usually, it's not impossible!
I am in classes with people of varying abilities, but I aspire to be in the shape of the people who have been doing this class for a long time (there are those here for 4 years!!!). Whether I'm doing my version of a turbo bear crawl around the track, or barely slogging up the stairs, my fellow warriors are cheering me on (in the midst of their own pouring sweat and gasps). As time progresses, I see all of our fitness levels climbing, no matter where we started.
While I might sigh with a bit of dread in the hour before I head to the class, I find I can't stand not having my 3x a week. My energy level has increased overall, my strength has improved amazingly, and I've got some serious muscle tone - people do stop me in the office corridor and ask what I have been doing to look so great. WOOHOO!
I highly recommend this class to people who want a positive atmosphere but who are also willing to work hard to get great results.

Can it really be true that I lost 12 pounds in only 2 months of doing this? Well, I am pleased to say that this boot camp really works.

My friend convinced me to do this and I am eternally thankful to her. I am an avid hiker, but that is the extent of my exercise regimen. I guess not anymore. I can now climb walls (the tall one still is a headache for me), complete monkey bars, run much faster than before, and even do rigorous Marine Corps stuff such as pushups and squat thrusts. Want to know what a squat thrust is? Find out for yourself. I had to.

The 2 Marines are just too great. They are motivating and inspiring and down right cool. I also like to brag to my friends that I have real Marines training me. It just makes me sound more bad-ass.

The 2 Marines are just too great. They are motivating and inspiring and down right cool. I also like to brag to my friends that I have real Marines training me. It just makes me sound more bad-ass.

If you commit yourself to this program and show up 3-4x a week regularly, there is no way that you won't get fit.

The trainers, Alex and Ruben, are bona fide Marines and certified fitness instructors. They also happen to be extraordinary motivators and talented teachers. The workouts are grueling and intense, but these guys will inspire you to get through them. In fact, you'll even have fun doing them, and you'll find yourself looking forward to each gym session.

This gym is a little more expensive than the rest, but you will totally get your money's worth. Not only that, but you will make great new friends, get the attention and care of a personal trainer despite being in a group session (Ruben and Alex quickly familiarize themselves with each member's capabilities and work with each member accordingly), and get in the best condition you've ever been in. Sure, you've got to work hard and commit yourself to the program, but the rewards are many and ongoing.

Note to fitness beginners: do not be afraid of trying this program! Anyone can join. It will be hard at first (perhaps one of the hardest things you've ever done), but the support and encouragement from Alex and Ruben and your fellow gym-mates will help you achieve your goals and go even farther. As someone who had never belonged to a gym before and who had never been in shape, I have become totally addicted to this place.
