We hired Claude to do our steam shower, down stairs entry and bathroom. He installed the heated wire on the floors, marble and sand stone tile. My wife and I are very happy with his work and i'm sure our dog will miss him :) I recommend Claude to anyone .

Had great design ideas but really poor customer service skills and messy poor quality workmanship. He cut and set corner bullnose tiles with obvious chips. When I pointed it out, he said it wouldn't show after grouting. Wrong! Chips on corner ceramic tiles are very obvious! Left him alone in the kitchen for a bit and came back to Epoxy grout all over my floor and cabinets. His reply when I began immediately cleaning was "it won't stick to wood of the floor. Don't worry about it." Thank goodness I didn't stop cleaning it up or I would have had epoxy grout stuck everywhere! After he left, I had to re-wash all the tiles to get the chunks of grout he left on them off. He did not grout where the back-splash and the cabinets meet leaving obvious gaps but did manage to get grout all over an outlet cover and my extra tiles he left on the counter(which I found later)
I had already set the deck tiles with exception of one small area. The tiles he set were not level and one sticks up high enough to catch on a wash cloth and chip in the future.
Throw in some very obvious crooked tiles and by the end of the day I just wanted him out of my house!
