LVS employees are true professionals. Isabel does wonderful things with my hair even though it is very difficult to work with, thin and brittle. Her color always come out perfect. Astrid does my nails. Excellent work and she is a joy to talk to. I have been to many salons but they by far are my favorite. I have been a loyal client for 4 years now.

Well, I have been here a few times, most of the time if I can't get in with my regular technicians at my own salon. First, the place is rather small, and there always seems to be changes going on, whether they remove a tech or there is a new one. Makes it hard to stick to one person. The "master" stylists are always booked solid and I can't ever get an appointment with them, so I am stuck with the stylists "in training" who doesnt seem very happy to be there honestly. Then there is the front desk. Always seem to be more interested in their phone conversation or their chats with other technicians and less with the fact that my technician is 20 minutes late! There was however one young lady that worked there when I first started going there, she was terrific, always smiling and very attentive. I asked a nail technician about her and she informed me they fired her for not wanting to work six days a week, but she was moving anyway. I don't blame her, their loss. After that, everything seems to go downhill. There is a pompous gentleman that seems to always be in a rush and has a very arrogant attitude. Management is not visible at all. I'm not sure who is running this place really.

The prices are definitely up there according to the area, but I think the place does not live up to it. There are always knick-knacks all over the front desk and stands, that seem not to fit in with what they are trying to make their image out to be. Expect to be kept waiting, and don't even think for one second the new receptionist will offer you tea or even a smile. The last straw was when I went in looking for a facial, and they informed me that they have "done away" with those services. So they fired them too huh. This is the kind of "changes" I am speaking of. I turned right back around and went into a real salon and SPA. LVS, get your act together!

Cons: attitudes, loud spanish speaking among techs, lateness, sudden "changes" no present management
