The most fun you can have working out!

If you like working hard, laughing, stretching, cracking jokes, running and having your day start off right, this is the place for you! I have never been an early morning person and I most definitely was never a runner, now I am both! The workouts are flexible, but you never walk away feeling like you weren't challenged. The trainer is encouraging, but pushes us to do a little more than we thought we could, all the while we are laughing and having a great time. Just as you realize you are working out and tired, the hour is done and you can check taking care of yourself off your list. That right there is enough for me. You can't beat it, it's good for you, it's fun, and it is all done before your to do list has even started! Come join us!

Pros: All women, workout is personalized, so much fun, being outside, challenging & fun!

Cons: lots of sweat!

Great workout!

Very few things will get me out of bed at 5am, but Lean Ladies Boot Camp is at the top of the list. A great group of women with varying degrees of fitness levels, paired with an incredible instructor make for a fun, intense and completely gratifying and tiring workout experience. Sarah makes you believe you can finish a set of exercises or a run when you think you can't and motivates you to go on when you may not believe that you will. I have recommended this boot camp to all of my friends and will continue to do so!!!

Encouraging trainer - fits everyone's needs

Lean Ladies Boot Camp is great. The women who attend are fun and motivating. Sarah Randstrom makes it challenging but encourages you all the way. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Sarah! She meets you where you are and then pushes you farther. Don't let the time turn you off - I love my sleep - but with lots of obligations during the day, you will be glad to have your workout behind you. It gives you time to focus on YOU! Come join us!

Lean Ladies Boot Camp

This workout is a blast. No yelling, just laughing. There's a lot of variety and at the end of the hour you will feel great and ready to start your day. I couldn't run a block before I started this but now feel so much stronger and healthier. During the hour we run, do strength training with weights and tension bands, jump rope, do core work, and stretch. The instructor tailors your workout to your fitess level, and knows how to motivate and challenge you. It is a fun, posivite hour and I highly recommend it to those who want to get in better shape and be home in time for coffee!

Fabulous Boot Camp

I love getting my workout over before the day gets away from me. With Dallas Lean Ladies, I can get a great workout with fun people and be home before the kids get up. It is so refreshing to workout in the early morning air. I love it! I was never an early morning person, but that has changed since joining Lean Ladies. The trainer adapts the exercises to fit everyone regardless of her fitness level. I highly recommend this class!

Have you checked out this park cities / Dallas boot camp? This Dallas boot camp is a morning workout that includes indoor and out door activities. They box, tug and grunt their early morning Dallas Boot Camp to a different beat. This Dallas boot camp has a motto of more lean and less mean :) Love it! The Dallas boot camp is also a great place for moms to get away in the morning and get fit before the day starts. Check this out. It's affordable, friendly and really a great way to make friends.
