The first time, they made us wait from 10AM to 2PM, and came without the part they knew they needed. The second time they made us wait from 10 to 2 again, and when we called them insisted they have given us a 10 to 4PM range. At 4:15PM with no technician in sight, we had a yelling match over the phone with the rep, who insisted that they could not do anything about it. We had already re-arrange our day once (to accommodate the extra 2hrs) and we had a doctor appointment at 4:30PM. Only then the technician was "20min away."
Too late.... we'll have to look for another provider.
These people are unreliable and rude. I don't know of their technical expertise, but they for sure don't know how to treat a customer.

I contacted Mainstream after an appliance repairman blew off our appointment twice!!!
I was so disapointed- I needed to get my dryer fixed and fast! I contacted mainstream via email and was contact via telephone immediately! They made an appointment to come out that evening. Rod, the repairman was so courteous. He called about a half hour out from the appointment to say he would be on time. He showed up and fixed my dryer on the spot!! I was thrilled with the service and the value. We have issued the Mainstream information to our neighbors. You can bet they will get more business from us!
