I had an in-home consultation with Dawn on Monday, April 6th at the condo I??m renovating and planning to move into in a few weeks. She was by far the most unprofessional vendor I??ve ever dealt with.

Firstly, Dawn was late to our 10 o'clock meeting. She didn??t call to let me know she was running late. After waiting for Dawn, I ended up calling her to find out her status. Her tardiness caused me to be late for my subsequent meetings. If she would have called to let me know that she was running late, I could have rearranged my schedule ?? but she didn??t even call.

Secondly, she promised me an email with a quote at the end of the day. Dawn disappointed once again by failing to send me the email. I called her a few days later inquiring about the quote. She hesitated on the phone, but ultimately explained that she will send it. She didn??t.

It??s been over 1 week and I still haven??t gotten a quote from Dawn. I called her again this morning asking if she ever sent it. She hesitated and said that she will send it, leaving me to believe that Dawn never did any follow-up work after our initial meeting.

I regularly check my spam and blocked email folders, knowing that oftentimes commercial emails get sent there. There was nothing sent from Dawn or Cozy Closets.

Because of Dawn??s lackadaisical customer service and inattentiveness, I contacted California Closets. I met with a talented representative who had so many great ideas that I ended up purchasing even more closet and storage systems than I originally planned.

Cozy Closets has terrible customer service. After showing up almost an hour late for our meeting, my sales representative, Dawn, never followed-up with me about a plan or a quote.

I wish I looked up reviews online before I was swayed by their coupons to schedule an in-home consultation. I would have spared myself the frustration of working with hacks.

I called and called the main number to try to talk with a manager, but I keep getting prompted to leave a voicemail. What a mickey-mouse operation they are running.

Oh my god, I can't even put in to words how bad this company is. They are very easy to get in touch with if you wan't a closet- but the second you have an issue with their product or their customer service they disappear. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over SIX MONTHS and have left over FOURTY messages for them with their receptionist and have been completly ignored. I am a student with a sick mother who is trying to get back an approx. 816 dollar deposit I gave them for work. This work was never done and although the pieces were cut no contract was ever signed with their company. They have no legal right to keep the money, but instead of doing the responsible thing and return the money- they have ignored me. I have even gone so far as to offer them to pay for the pieces they cut to customize my closet, if they would just show me how much their materials cost and they have refused (because the material is so cheap it is most certainly half my deposit at most). I have once gotten in touch with their manager who told me he understands my situation and agreed that they had no right to keep my money if they didn't have a signed contract with me (WHICH THEY DON'T) and said he would talk to the owner and call me back - that was TWO MONTHS ago. They are RUDE, UNPROFFESIONAL, and BAD BUISNESS MEN!!!
