Are you stuck at home with one child that's ill and another that needs to go to school? What are you going to do? Are you a busy professional that can't afford to miss time at work and can't see your doctor right away? Do you feel lousy but have to take care of the kids and don't have the time or energy to take them along to see your doctor? Regardless of your situation, we'll come to you to provide high-quality primary care within hours, 7 days a week from 8am to 8am. Give us a call and we'll be right over!
I needed to see a doctor but could not afford to miss any time from the office. WhiteGlove showed up at the office and I was able to continue my day without interruption all while receiving the care I needed.I actually conducted a very high profile conference call while receiving the care needed. They even delivered my prescription right to me, I never left the office.I will recommend this service to everyone I know that could benefit from it.

I had been sick for a couple of weeks w/an ear infection to say the least and just couldn't take off work. I finally called for WhiteGlove House Call to my job. A wonderful nurse came to my office and checked me out, gave me a very handy get-well kit, and not only prescribed me medication but filled it. She was thorough & effecient & very pleasant to work with. I am very thankful for WhiteGlove and so are my co-workers who've already used them.
Pros: Service can be in home or at work
Cons: No cons that I'm aware of

I had a visit with Whiteglove Health on March 5, 2009. I have Whiteglove through my daughter. First, I was so impressed that a doctor would visit me at my office, cutting down on my off time. Second, I was very impressed with Dr. Bill Rice. He was on time, efficient, caring and kind. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and sinusitis and instead of spending 3 days in bed off work, I didn't miss one minute. He brought my prescription and even brought chicken soup, crackers, juice, tissues, and over the counter things to make me feel better. Whiteglove Health service is so good, I recommended it to my HR department and the very next week they met with Whiteglove. I can't think of one downside to this wonderful service. I made all the difference in the world to my health. I would recommend Whiteglove Health service to anyone and everyone!
Pros: Fast, efficient, friendly
Cons: None

First Class all the way.
We signed up our entire company and the fact that they will come to your home or office is the absolute BEST!
Who wants to sit around a germy waiting room for an hour to wait for a doc who is going to rush you through?
WG offers better health though prevention. Most of us avoid the doctor's office and go only as a last resort. Wish WG, at the first sign of any discomfort, I call and they are there in 2 hours or less. An ounce of prevention is worth it exponentially.
If you don't have WG, GET IT!
A+
Pros: Everything
Cons: No onsite lab. X-ray, etc...

An exec friend knew I was sick, about to travel, and had missed access to my physician.
She told me about WhiteGlove Housecall Health, to which she had just subscribed. Not only was a nurse PA on my doorstep within two hours, she arrived with prescription capability, samples of the very meds I needed, checked my vitals, used her handy techberry to trace interactions with my other meds, but then left me with a care package to get thru the next 24 hours. Crazy. I had peace of mind, more time with a professional than I usually get in my doc's office, an email f/u w/documentation, and a f/u call. Personal attention, minimized disruption for my business, and more importantly got me much needed help. I am now recommending this service to many of my clients who are business owners seeking an employee benefit that can be distinctive but good for their businesses as well. A medical "concierge"..and an extension of traditional healthcare but while avoiding excessive costs for extreme after hours alternative services such as use of emergency room for non-emergencies, or "doc in a box" for routine support. Not a substitute for having a person continuing care GP but a supplement to be used regularly, nor for true emergency care if needed-this is a smart-budget, smart-lifestyle solution that allows one to be supported at the office or at home with personal care and attention coupled with experience and skill. What a find....
Pros: attention, match of need and benefit
Cons: didn't know about it sooner....

Last week my wife got a call from Greenhill School that Jace was sick with a fever at 11:30am. She immediately called the White Glove service and went to pick him up in Addison. She picked Jace up by noon and the service was at our house in Plano by 12:30pm. By 12:45 the nurse practitioner had run a strep test on my son that came back negative and started him on Amoxicillin and Tylenol. By 1 pm he was in our bed eating chicken soup (also supplied by White Glove) and relaxing the rest of the day. All the while my wife was able to work from the house with no need to leave to go to the pharmacy or grocery store. Lastly we have since increased our deductible and lowered our premiums drastically on our HSA health plan, added the White Glove service, and still lowered our annual medical outlay. I'm sold on the service and would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Time savings and convenience
Cons: None yet

This is the old fashioned house call. People can't seem to understand how we can get such good service for just the co-pay on my insurance, but what people don't realize is these are doctors and nurses providing the service a normal doctors office provides and they file your insurance for you, they just don't have the overhead that offices have. That's how they can do this.
The amazing thing is they drop off my prescription for me and deliver it back to my house within an hour!
Pros: HUGE time saver & very professional
Cons: only in Dallas & Austin, TX

Being self-employed, insurance is not something that is affordable. I tend to "deal with it" when sick and not go to the er or clinic due to the cost. I heard about whiteGlove through a friend of mine who's company uses them for thier employees as a benefit, and took note of the website. A month or so later, I found myself doing ignoring a cold until it turned into a sinus infection. I called the toll free number to inquire about the cost of service and was shocked to find out how affordable it truelly and honestly is. I signed up on the spot, and a Practitioner was at my home within 2 hours of my calling. She took a full assesment of my condition, wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic, and actually went and picked it up for me.....wow.....
She also provided me with a 'well care kit" that included fluids, foods and otc meds.....again wow......all for the cost of most co-pays, $35 for the visit. The last time I went to the clinic on the corner it cost me $300 after the visit and my meds. And that will be the last time I go to the clinic, from now on I am a WhiteGlove subscriber and advocate. I will never again sit around and suffer due to no insurance coverage, I have WhiteGlove services for my medical needs. Keep it up guys, this is an awsome service.
Pros: Medical care available to everyone, insured or not, and they come to you...
Cons: I didn't experience anything but pros...

Hats off to White Gloves
Excellent service for single mothers that can not afford to be off work. My co-workers were surprised at all the stuff that came with the care bag. The PA was so professional.
Pros: Fast service, service on the job, lots of added and extra care

I couldn't see my doc and didn't want to spend $150 for a Doc-in-the-Box so I called friends looking for a clinic recommendation. One told me she had heard a radio ad for WhiteGlove so I called them. Less than an hour later a PA was at my house taking care of me better than my own mom could have. She even gave me meds for my sore throat and spent about 30 minutes checking me out. I have already told all my friends about them and am recommending the gold membership to everyone. I can't believe this kind of health care could be making a comeback! I am a real fan and while I am not looking forward to getting sick again, at least I know who to call when I do!
Pros: No Waiting room, they come to you! Work, home, anywhere!
Cons: Gold plan membership is a one year program

I was skeptical about joining WhiteGlove until one of my friends told me they had used it and loved the service. I did not understand that by paying their membership fee, it allowed me to never have to spend more than $35 a visit, no matter whether it was during the week, at night, or on the weekend. And the fee that I paid for visit ($35) included the medical care, my generic meds, teas, crackers, soups, juices, and more ... and it all came to me! Very cool. This is a great because you never know when you are going to need a doctor and my doctor is so hard to get into (and not available at night and weekends).
Needless to say, I tried the service. I called at 3pm for Whiteglove to come to my home at 6pm. I had a sinus infection. They were there on-time and the experience was great! Treated and with meds and all the other things I needed by 6:30. I would really recommend this to others.
Pros: They come to you when you want them to and bring everything
Cons: None that I can think of

I had a function to go to on Sat. night and was feeling like I was coming down with something on Thursday afternoon. I called Whiteglove and had someone come out to see me at home. It was great. I did not have to pack up the kids or find care for them. They were on-time and professional. I was diagnosed and treated in less than 30 minutes ... and they actually spend time with me. Thankfully, I was able to make Saturaday night and I have not been able to stop telling my friends about the service. Oh, and it only cost $35 for them to come to the house, bring meds, a goodie bag of soups, teas, crackers, kleenex, etc.
Pros: We need this kid of care across the country
Cons: none

I thought I have a cold, or flu, or some sinus infection thing. I called Whiteglove and one of their medical people came and saw me at home. They were polite and respectful. They diagnosed me with just a cold. I really appreciated that they didn't try to feed me a bunch of antibotics -- probably pushed by some pharmacetical rep. They brought me soups, teas, crackers, juices, etc. It was a wonderful experience ... and the visit only cost $35!! What a service.
Pros: Cost of the care and convenience
Cons: None

I am very busy and do not like to take time to take care of myself. And I am very concerned about healthcare costs these days. I called Whiteglove in a rush to see if they really could see me in a couple of hours between a few meetings. And they could. The person that came was very professional and did a great job. She left me with a bag of foods, beverages, and over the counter things ... and my meds were brought to me too! Unbelievable actually. What an amazing experience. And here is the best part. If I had tried to go to my family physician, he would not have been available and so I would of had to go to an ER or urgent care center and wait forever, spent a fortune (even with my insurance), and put up with all kinds of hassles. Essentially, Whiteglove saved me lots of time and money on top of delivering great care.
Pros: Convenience. Caps visit costs to $35. No surprise bills. Medical care that comes to me.
Cons: I wish I knew of this service sooner.

Wow, what an idea! The house call is really back. I do not have a family physician so I am always end up in ER or the UCC when I get sick. I was feeling horrible and did not feel like sitting in one of those places for hours. Just could not do it again. I had heard a radio ad about Whiteglove House Call Health and decided to call them. I am so GLAD I did. They came to the house within a few hours and brought everything -- medical care, meds, and a bag of crackers, soups, teas, juices, etc. Unbelievable!!! It was so great to not have to go anywhere when I was feeling so badly and on top of it enjoy such terrific care in the comfort of our home for ONLY $35!!!
Pros: Access. Cost. Convenience. And they cared how the experience was!!! Who does that in healthcare???
Cons: Absolutely none!!!

My daughter had a terrible earache on a Sunday afternoon. My husband was traveling and I had to either take my daughter to the emergency room or let her suffer through the night in hopes that her doctor would be available on Monday. I had received a mailer from WhiteGlove weeks prior and thought maybe I should give them a call. On my gosh, I am so glad I did. They came to the house within 2 hours and had meds for my daughter a little while after the visit ended. The entire visit cost me $35 and our med co-pay. Oh, and did I mention that they brought a goodie bag of teas, soups, juices, etc for free! If I had gone to the emergency room, I would of waited 3 hours, had to go to the pharmacy afterwards, and the bill would of been some big surprise ... the last time, it was $1,400 for a similar medical problem!!! And trust me, a surprise medical bill is the last thing we need right now. It is amazing what these people have done with this service. No gimmicks. No surprises. Completely professional and curteous. I highly recommend this service!!
Pros: No financial surprises. Utterly convenient. Affordable. Safe and reliable.
Cons: Should of been available years ago!
