Dr. Lewis has been my doctor for many years and I am just so thankful that doctors like him still exist. He is clinically excellent and truly cares for your well-being. Our family goes to SCV Quality Care for all of our medical needs, not just for urgent care type stuff and we love the convenience of making quick appointments or just being able to walk in when we are sick. I have told many of my friends about Dr. Lewis and we are so grateful that he is our family doc.

The great benefit of going to SCV Quality Care is that I don't have to make an appoiontment. I have a very busy life and typically don't attend to my own needs until they are really needy. SCV Quality Care is a medical walk-in center. I have had a few different doctors over the past several visits, but overall I have been very happy with their service. Sometimes the wait is longer than I would like, but I really appreciate the opportunity to just be able to walk in.

Dr. Lewis has an incredible insight into how the human body works. He's incredibly patient, good-natured, open-minded and insightful. He has great bedside manners and is truly interested in making and keeping his patients well.

I recently got new insurance and chose the SCV quality care for where I wanted my primary care phsycian to be. I went Saturday, which is walk- in only and couldn't believe how quickly I was seen & taken care of. The nurses were very friendly and efficent. The doctor, Dr. Payne, that I had seen was friendly & helpful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a dr. look no further. It is located on the same grounds as Henry Mayo Hospital.

SCV Quality Care is a nice place to go if you have an "after hours" emergency. I like the staff and office and love the fact that I can just walk in if I need to. They are very thorough and make sure that all my questions are answered before I leave the office. They are usually pretty crowded but are able to get people in and out in a decent amount of time.
PROS: staff, location
CONS: can be busy at times
