We had a class size of about 9 girls and it was private. Lisa made us all feel really comfortable and we had a blast! We were able to bring light snacks and drinks and just have a great bachelorette party!! And we all learned some wonderful new "tricks" :) I highly recommend this class with Lisa, if I lived in the same state...I would be a regular!! Thanks so much Lisa!!

I took my best friend, her sisters, and her mom here for her baccalaureate party. We were all a little nervous at first to do some exotic dancing but once we met Lisa she was just so fun to be around that she made everyone feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this class for every women out there. It is so much fun and you don't have to be a great dancer to do it. It is a great workout and you can learn some great tips for spicing up your sex life. The cost is very reasonable too.

The Exotic You is the best workout dance class I have ever taken! The instructor, Lisa is friendly and outgoing and makes you feel comfortable with every move. I felt so sexy after taking this class and I love that you get to wear heels to add to the fun atmosphere of this class. Not only is it a fun class but you get a great workout as well. This class is for every shape and size woman and I highly recommend taking this class so you get to enjoy the experience like I do!

I have been recommending dance classes with Lisa at the Exotic You to all of my friends. I had a very positive, affirming experience with her, as did all the other members of the bachelorette party I was with. We all left feeling empowered, confident and SEXY! And the best part is that if you leave feeling like you're not ready to leave, Lisa offers dance classes every Wednesday so you can keep going back! What are you waiting for?

I would recommend the ExoticYou to anybody that wanted to have a great time with some friends! The class was a surprise for a bachelorette party, and the (very) conservative bride enjoyed the private setting and the fun atmosphere. It was well worth the money, and we all had a great time!

The first time I went to The Exotic You work out I had no idea what to expect. I have always been a very reserved person (plus I've got some junk in the trunk if you know what I mean) so I knew this was stepping outside my comfort zone and I admitted to being nervous....that lasted about 30 seconds!! Right away I felt comfortable! Not only is it a great workout, you walk away from class feeling sexy and confident! The next day I had that great "day after workout soreness" so I knew it was a great thing! I signed up for more. I lived about 30 mins drive from the studio but after every class I felt so happy I got to go! I learned new moves and made new friends. It was worth every commute and every penny! I would recommend it to any woman, no matter age, shape or size...you will love it!

To all who are hesitant, timid, shy, or the opposite!!! This is a fantastic way to kick off an evening for the girls! We had so much fun, and Lisa was an awesome instructor. The shy girls in our group warmed up within minutes of the class and the rest of us not-so-shy girls memorized a few moves to take home! Seriously, everybody is still talking about the evening!

For my sisters Bachlorette party I took her along with about 15 of our friends, to include her new sister and mother in law as well as our own mother, to learn exotic dance from Lisa. Needless to say we all had a blast! Lisa was wonderful and fun! We laughed and just had a great time letting loose. We were a little concerned that our moms wouldn't like it but it truely is great for women of all ages. One of our friends was even 8 months pregnant and she had a blast. I actually think she was the best one out of all of us :) I think this is truley a fun event for any occassion and can't wait to do it again!

I've been going to Lisa's Exotic You class for several years now and I highly recommend her!

She is warm, authentic, and gives an incredible workout. You feel powerful, sexy, and exhilarated after her classes instead of tired and wiped out.

Whenever I need a shot of self confidence, I visit Lisa in her beautiful studio.

I started my sister's bachelorette party with an exotic dance lesson with Lisa. All the girls immediately took to her open, comfortable, warm personality and had a great time learning all the moves. It was a good workout too, and I was super sore the next day (and I am a triathlete)! It was also a good bonding experience, as you kinda let it all out and there is no room for shyness! I showed my husband later, and he went absolutely WILD! I know my sisters' fiance will LOVE it, and it is the perfect gift for my sister to give him on their honeymoon. I would 100% recommend The Exotic You to anyone looking for good bonding time with their girls... My group is already planning another session! P.S. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes so you can really get the moves down. I was in jean capris because we didn't have time to change before going out, and I wish I had worn yoga or dance pants. Just a suggestion!

Lisa is a great instructor! This is by far the BEST exercise class I have ever taken. Not only do I get a workout for my body, but it helped build my confidence, increase my flexability and I have never felt more sexy. No matter your size, shape or age you feel like you are the sexiest woman in the room!
