TriStar Commercial is the best security alarm that I have ever had. ( I've been through a lot of them) Not only is the alarm Monitoring very very good, but the surveillance systems are great!!!! The employees explained everythnig that I needed to know about the alarm monitoring and the key pad. They were very patience with me :-) I've told all my friends and family about TriStar and that this is the company to go to for your security alarm, and alarm monitoring!!!!!!

Probably a good company; however, they do not return phone calls. You leave messages with the monitoring service...so it actually may the fault of their monitoring service to relay the message. Now there's a more frightening thought! The monitoring service may not be able to contact people or relay messages. So who knows where the fault lies; however, in any case, with three attempts and no response...it was time to find another security service!
