Doggie Avenue

I have been to all the fancy dog groomers in the valley..My boy has bad allergies and I bring my own shampoo..Jose and Paulo actually LISTENED when I asked them to ONLY use my product..I have dealt with both of them and they have always given me their time, expertise, and I am amazed at how fast they are..Also, open on sundays! I highly recommend it...

The transparency of this negative reviewer is so obvious. "thou dost protest too much" says it all. When someone has to repeatedly tell the reader that "I have no reason to lie or exaggerate the truth" and "I'm not the only person who has a problem with Jose, read on," it's pretty clear that there is ONE person and ONE person only with a beef. I love this place and I love the owners. Never have I seen them be rude or dismissive to anyone, and I know for a fact that Jose most certainly does many of the groomings personally. My husband has a business next door, and we live down the street from them. Although they are always busy, and people love to stop and chat (due to their like-ability), both Paolo and Jose always have time for a smile and a hug and, even if they're swamped, they will always make time to help you if you have a concern about your pet. I don't think there's another store like it, for the warmth factor and quality of both their goods and their services. Don't pay attention to these negative reviews-go and see for yourself. What you will find will be two gentlemen with a passion and concern for your pups.

This store has a definite following. Their friends constantly post reviews---the same over and over again. Our family did not have a good experience there. Our friends also went sometime after and were treated the same by the owner, Jose, who was dismissive and not interested in our questions or business. It is difficult to post a review that does not praise the store and Jose because all of their friends, groupies, people who purchase their puppies are very protective and defensive. We have no reason to lie or exaggerate. This was not a good experience for us and we do not recommend this store.

I loved the store. The merchandise is completely wonderful. So much selection, and of the best quality and and unique styles. As soon as you walk in you feel completely welcomed and made to feel at home in this elegant dog world.

This place looks good, but the service is dependent on the mood of one of the owners, Jose. I am not pleased with the service and this guy alienates people. Some people have had good experiences and many have not. Jose and his partner do not do the grooming as many of the customers think.
They are very expensive and their food and clothes, etc. are very overpriced. There are other places in Burbank you can get the same food and snacks a lot cheaper.
You never know what kind of service you will be getting. It is different each time.
Go someplace else. They sell puppies in a time where hundreds of animals are being put down at local shelters. Why support this, while they make loads of money.
