Dallas Zen Massage Therapist & Day Spa

I have been getting massages for over 20 years, some are good and some are fantastic. One thing I have noticed is someone's hands...they either have good hands or they don't. You can teach technique but you can't teach the energy it takes to do great massage. Cathy Siegel is amazing...she has amazing energy, wonderful hands and superb technique. Although petite, she is stong beyond belief...and can work tension out of areas you didn't even know were tense. I love some of the stretches she does in her 90 minute version. Cathy actually listens to her clients and will customize your massage so that whatever the client wants is what they get. She is now located in a quiet area of Richardson tucked away at Arapaho and West Shore...lovely space that is welcoming and warm. Treat yourself to one of the best massages in this town! PS go for 90 minutes...you will be glad you did.

I have tried many masseuses in Dallas and Cathy Siegel is among the best. First, she chose an excellent spa with a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Just entering the spa made you relax. Second, when the massage started, she naturally knew where to massage without having me to tell her. Very relaxing. Finally, sometimes with other masseuses, you may feel sore the next couple of days. Not with Cathy. I felt terrific. I decided to use Cathy once a month for my employees at Dallas Maids. And the ladies love her, especially compared with the previous masseuse. Thank you Cathy. I am glad we found you!

I almost feel ashamed but didn't even want to write a review and try to keep Cathy Siegel secret! She is a master masseuse who actually listens to her clients; it makes all the difference. Her work on my back was so multifaceted and rejuvenating.... I wish there were more stars to show my appreciation.

The Best!
I 've experienced a lot of massages over my lifetime- most therapists attempt to do a good job. However, some are better than others, and it doesn't take long to determine which ones you would want to give your return business to. Cathy is the best therapist I have ever been to. I joke that she has those X-ray hands that seem to zone in on the problem areas. Her atmosphere is wonderful and her location is very convenient to LBJ and Preston. She gets my best rating!! Prices are more reasonable than most.

Ohh lala! I went to The Dallas Zen Massage space in Dallas and it was amazing! I booked for the special they had with a detox body wrap and Swedish massage. When you come in she places a robe out for you and off she goes to get your herbal body wrap. She came back with this steaming cauldren of blanket that had been previously prepared for me with lavender and rosemary and other yummy herbs. She wrapped me up on the table then gave me a scalp and face massage , WOW! Once I was done with the wrop she repeated the robe procedure then came back with fresh bedding and I was slathered with lotion ( lavender I think) on both sides, then she started the Swedish massage. I am telling you, if you haven?t made an appointment you better get in line! They book up fast fo a reason. Fantastic masseuse, location is in Dallas off 635 and preston and the price was very reasonable.

Cathy Siegel is not only one of the best massage therapists I have had the pleasure of finding, but also an amazing woman in general. She is offering a valentine special that I had to write about. I received a one hour deep massage from Cathy Siegel on Monday the 23rd of December. I have been getting massages for the past 20 years, hands down Cathy gave me the best massage I have ever had. She really got deep into the problem areas.

One might consider me a spa junkie, considering the amount of my paycheck that goes to primping and pampering. So, take my word for it when I say that Cathy not only gives the best massage in Dallas, but also the best I've ever had. One more word(s) of advice, don't short change yourself - go for the full 90 minutes - your body will thank you later!

Get the meltdown massage
I had a meltdown massage the other day and it was fantastic. They use a combo of hot stones and Swedish massage and it feels like your body is just melting it's so relaxing. The spa and relaxation area are very quiet and peaceful. The relaxation area is dimly lit and they provide hot tea and cucumber water to drink while you wait and unwind. My therapist gave me just enough time to relax before my treatment and was very accomodating. All in all I left feeling very relaxed and renewed. I will definitely return!

Cathy Seigel is an outstanding massage therapist! She communicates with you, tailors the session to your needs, and delivers with a passion rarely seen. In my years of massage therapy i have never had anyone more professional and more client-centered. I am now a regular at the Dallas Zen and Massage Center.

Wow, I loved my massage, thank you, thank you, thank you! This was one of the most incredibly therapuetic and relaxing massage I've experienced in the last last 13 years. My husband and I will definately be back for our massages when we return to Dallas.

It?s hard to describe the energy this massage location had in Dallas but I will try so you will try her as well. The room I was in was dark and warm avocado in an earthy way. Decorated with Buddha and oriental art it set a peaceful tone and blended with the music. The massage therapist sprinkled lavender aromatherapy on my table and left for me to disrobe. Nice nice nice, was my first thought. When she came back it was a full hour and a half of the most fantastic massage techniques. There were breathing stretches where my body needed oxygen, as well as deep tissue massage where I needed extra attention. The price was fantastic too! She informed me she offers couple massages, body wraps and a mini getaway package for a facial and massage combo! I will be back! Great for Christmas gifts! She is a expert in reflexology as well so go and get your foot rub on! Ask for Cathy, she has such a fluid technique you will simply float away??.

I've had massages all over Dallas and Cathy siegel at The Garden Spa is truly the best ever. The positive nature of the experience started with her room, which has a very quiet, relaxed feel. The music was soft, the lighting gentle and it smelled really good. More than any therapist I've ever been to, she asked where I was hurting, and asked questions that showed she was genuinly interested in my well being. She then followed through and worked on those areas in a very customized way. I travel a lot and I had a shoulder injury from soccer, so my neck and shoulders were a mess. Cathy Siegelnot only worked the areas directly, she also did some trigger point things (Or something like that. I don't remember exactly what she said) on my hands and feet that were really amazing, and a highlight of the massage. Cathy stretched my arms and legs and used a lot of compression that really worked the knots out. She exudes a very gentle, caring nature, but has the strength and ability to deliver a quality deep tissue experience. I left relaxed and restored, my neck and shoulders feeling better than they have in ages. I never felt as though she was rushing to get done. I knew I was the complete focus of her attention and she was 100% interested in delivering quality service. Cathy Siegel is a truly gifted therapist. I'll be a regular!

Cathy Siegel has been a massage therapist since 2002 and she graduated from Hands on Approach School of Massage in Dallas. I met her a month ago and we have formed this great bond. She has told me that she gets comments all the time that this is the best massage they have ever had and I must agree. She is very passionate about what she does and her massage is more of a flowing moving meditation massage. I am writing this today because now that she has a forum where I can tell everyone about Cathy Siegel I am! She offers packages if you want to become a regular which ends up being quite a bargain at any price. I highly recommend Cathy Siegel. Call now she books up fast!
