Adam Mechanical Heating & Cooling Services did an excellent job repairing my air conditioner. They were extremely prompt to my Service Magic request and even showed up within an hour of the request. The technician was a gentleman and took care in making sure that everything was done correctly and efficiently.

Literally 2 minutes after submitting the request for a/c service, Seth responded and we agreed on a time for him to come out and check the a/c. When he arrived, he found the problem quickly and was able to fix it right then - total time was under an hour.

Seth and his staff are professionals. I was not on sight and do not live in the area anymore when the work was done and they gave me an honest assessment of the problem and recommended cost effective solutions. They laid out all of the options with pros and cons of each position. I was pleased with them and will retain them for future work.

Adam Mechanical was the BOMB!!! Well maybe I shouldn't use the word bomb nothing blew up. I'm just trying to say that the service I received was great. Before I could end my order on line I got a call from Seth. He came to my home fast and explained what the problem was. He took time with me and answered all my questions. I even got a service magic discount. No one has ever done that before. My heater works even better now. I will definitely use them in the summer for my air unit and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
