Ratings_icons Wonderful Staff-Great Atmosphere

I have been a member of Elements for almost a year. Everyone is very friendly and listens to what you need. I have found a therapist who works great for me. The receptionists always work with my schedule to fit me in at the last minute.
The owner, Amy, is always there. It is great to see how involved she is with the business and is very dedicated to her staff. I have been to a few other Downtown Spas and they do not compare to Elements-Cherry Creek!

Pros: Great price for the experience!

I had my first experience at Elements today, and both the receptionist and therapist were very friendly and professional! The location is convenient and the atmosphere was much more spa-like than some other places I have been to. I got a great massage for a great deal! I definitely recommend it!

Pros: Spa-atmosphere and very friendly people!

Ratings_icons Don't think I'd go back!!!

Kudos to the owner who is just a beautiful person, trying to accommodate every need. She does, however, lack assertiveness when it comes to her employees. My concern before I book an appt. is to make sure the facility is QUIET; which I was assured it would be. Unfortunately, the walls could have been made of paper and the very loud talking/laughing literally ruined my whole experience. I haven't visited too many spas/therapy massage clinics where talking is allowed at all. Secondly, my therapist smelled of cigarettes and it was obvious onions had been consumed at some point. Maybe this was all because it was a weekend, but I was extremely disappointed with the atmosphere and the "less-than-appealing" aromas lingering during my massage.

Pros: Owner is absolutely fantastic - very accommodating!

Cons: VERY NOISY Massage area, Conditions NOT conducive!

I don't get many massages but as an runner and a biker I find myself needing massages more and more. I have tried several spa's in Denver and I must say that Elements has won me over. I have met with several thereapist there and each one has been just as good as the last and met my specific needs. I think the entire staff there is extremely knowledgable and extremely professional. I must say Elements is one of (if not) the best!

Ratings_icons Perfect place for a relaxing massage

andreaautobee

Elements of CC is the exact type of massage therapy I have been trying to find. After driving by for months I finally decided to stop in and I'm glad I did.

The pressure was perfect and all my problem areas were addressed. My therapist even gave me some streching exercises to do to help my injured shoulder.

Elements is a small, very peaceful place and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Ratings_icons The BEST MASSAGE I have Found Yet In Denver!

moonstone47

I am in love with Elements! I have been searching endlessly for a suitable massage therapist for the past year since moving into the city. Not only have I found a great massage therapist, but I have found two so far at Elements! They are amazing! They have very great hours and can always take me at the last minute if something comes up. Their prices are also very reasonable! Totally worth it for the quality of massage you get! I became a member after two weeks of going there, it just seemed worth it. I look forward to going there each week and having some peace and serenity! Also, they have amazing customer service! They are so nice at the front desk and really take care of their customers! It's not like going into a huge corporate massage studio, you walk in and immediately feel calm, it's wonderful! I highly recommend that if you are looking for a top-notch massage, you head over to Elements! It's also in a fabulous location!

Pros: Excellent therapists and customer service!

I joined the monthly massage club at Elements and have had four massages there so far. Three have been superb and one was just okay. However if you return back the therapist will respond well to all your feedback!
The hours are great, the location is very convenient, and the front desk is helpful too. Also they have tons of scheduling options so I like the availability.

Cheers!

Pros: Great availability, Therapist remembers you, good deal!

Cons: You don't know what to expect first time

Ratings_icons Great Massage-convenient parking/location

HPO

Neighborhood location- easy/free parking. Very relaxing atmosphere. The therapist listened and understood my areas of pain/tightness relating to sports injuries and recommended stretches, follow up massage to work through scar tissue. Have definitely been able to feel a difference in movement as a result of massage and subsequent stretching.

Very impressed with thorough treatment. Purchased membership and love the fact that I can walk to the location from home/office

Pros: Location/Price/Service

AlwaysBusy

I am a working mother of two who rarely makes time for relaxation. A good friend gave me a gift certificate for Elements and not wanting it to go to waste I figured I would give it a try. I was AMAZED! Now I know what I've been missing. The whole experience was fabulous. The studio was so serene, everything was clean and most of all it was relaxing - something I hardly ever experience. The staff was awesome and all the little extras were more than I had expected. I have since become a member and am purchasing a gift certificate myself to give to another friend. I would absolutely recommend Elements Cherry Creek for anyone in need of some long over due relaxation and pampering. I feel like a new woman!

I have been using Elements in Cherry Creek since I moved to Denver in June, 2008, and have had the opportunity to try many of their unbelievable therapists, male and female. I am always amazed at how each therapist makes me feel incredible in a whole new way I thought impossible after my last visit. My requests for specific work are always accommodated and the entire staff (especially the front desk) makes each visit remarkably soothing and relaxing from beginning to end. I am totally addicted to the Elements experience.

By the way, the month to month membership price CANNOT be beat!

I've been going to Elements since December '08. I've had several different therapists and they've all been great. I really like the little touches. From the cucumber water to the epsom salt you get when leaving - I always leave feeling refreshed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's location is great & the staff is super friendly. I once left my favorite pair of sunglasses & they were so nice to look out for them & they were returned! The rooms are nice & I love the mint you get before the massage. Oh & for those with long hair - they even have hair ties. They thought of everything. I love this place!

I have chronic pain in my back, and have spent endless hours on the massage table. I decided to try Elements, and was so impressed that I got a membership. The therapists not only listened to what my problem was, but did amazing things to my back. They pushed and pulled in ways that I've never experienced before, and I always come out feeling relaxed and refreshed. They have great membership deals, as well as packages and other discounts. Even their normal prices are lower than everyone else. I love everything about this place.

I had a severe amount of neck tension and needed a skilled massage therapist. I went to elements and found myself instantly impressed by their customer service, professionalism and organization (and I should mention the wonderful cucumber water!). I was simply astounded when the skill of the therapist equally matched the impressive look of the studio. She had advanced training and took care of my every need. I had never experienced such a massage, the first time working with a therapist! After the massage was over and I dreamily whisked out to the reception area, I was given a complimentary bag of epsom salts and shoulder stretches to perform to take care of my injury. Completely pampered and satisfied, thank you Elements!

Pros: skilled massage therapists, clean space

Cons: packages are a little pricy, but I'm a student!

I was introduced to Elements earlier this year and have enjoyed every visit since. The welcoming staff and chique waiting room are inviting and calming. Amy, the owner, has created a wonderful sanctity for massage therapy and her staff is always friendly and professional.

I've recently been healing from a running injury and the massages have been the exact remedy my body has needed.

They are conveniently located in my neighborhood and have great hours for those of us who work the 8-5 job. You can't beat the price and quality that they provide.

I always look forward to my time there as it's an opportunity to get away from the world and release some of my daily stress.

Thanks, Amy and team for offering a place to get away and heal all of my injuries.

Pros: Superb customer service and facility

Elements is the best of all worlds when it comes to a massage place. It is conveniently located with on-site parking. The waiting room is calm and quiet. You will be met with a warm welcome and invited to address all your needs. There is no hustle and bustle here, so from the very beginning the mood is set. The owner, Amy, is great. She creates an elegant upscale atmospher without any of the posh attitude that comes with it. She is there for you and whatever you need. She also personally tests all the therapists, and let me tell you, it is worth it! All the therapists are great and they have all types of massage here (you can even get a bit of Thai massage type stretching with Mlete). The rooms are quiet and tranquil and the tables are heated. Everybody is respectful and modesty is appreciated. I love this place! The cherry on top is the price - more affordable than any spa at the member rate - less than $1 a minute!! Don't miss this.

Pros: Comfortable, elegant, affordable, excellent!

Cons: None

One of my 2009 New Year's Resolutions was to get a massage membership somewhere. A friend recommended Elements so I tried it and loved it and became a member. My massage therapist, Mlete, is AMAZING!

I've been in the process of purchasing a house over the last few months and have been EXTREMELY stressed out and my massages have made a huge difference in how I feel. I can't imaging what my body would feel like right now if I hadn't had these massages the last few weeks!

This truly is the best decision you can make for your own health. I recommend it to everyone!

Thanks Elements!

His anatomy knowledge is astounding in a profession where most therapists have a vague outline at best! Please do yourself the favor of seeing this truly gifted healer! And Elements owners---please give this man a raise! You have a real gem here!! THANK YOU!!

Ratings_icons What can I say about this place that hasn't been said already? It's *awesome*.

supermankalel

I will *not* reveal who my secret favorite at Elements is, because I don't want that person to get buried alive in requests and then I can't get in to see that person, but I wrote an extensive review up on Yelp about this location in particular and was very brutally honest -- and had nothing except glowing things to say about this location and their therapists. I've been 4 times so far, and besides the person who left who gave me a crushingly good massage, I've been with Zenon (sp?), Miele and Jennifer, and they've each had their own distinctive styles and they've all been amazing. You can pretty much read all the reviews before this one through Nov 2008 and mash them all up together to get a solid feeling for my thoughts about this place -- which don't differ much from anyone else's thoughts here.

Elements is a godsend, and a savior to some of us...and Amy does a seriously awesome job of running this location. You can't go wrong coming here.

Extra info: Other reviewers have listed the 1st time prices ($39) and monthly membership prices ($49) for a 55min massage; if you need a longer massage than that, their monthly memberships for 80 min massages are $72. That's 90c/min, or "the happy side of $1/min". And a really amazingly good price for the quality and depth of treatment you can get in the Denver area. I, like many other reviewers and other folk, will be returning for a long time to come!!!

Pros: Skilled therapists, decent prices, cucumber water, 'no-pain' memberships :D :D

Cons: I don't make enough money to see them every 3 days or so ;)

I love coming to Elements Massage in Cherry Creek. Every time I come in for a massage I leave feeling relaxed, yet energized. I have been a member of Elements for over 6 months and it is worth every penny and then some! The staff goes out of their way to accomodate your specific needs. They are highly skilled in what they do as well as knowledgeable within their field of expertise. I have received massages by several different therapists at Elements and have been impressed by all. I consider myself to be picky when it comes to receiving massages and each massage continues to be a pleasant experience! Not only are the massage therapists great, the owner is wonderful!
