Terry was great and accomadating/flexible, especially when I forgot our scheduled day to get the carpets cleaned! He did a great job getting out alot of stains in our basement carpet. It feels clean now.

5 Stars! Terry did a fantastic job. He took time time to come out on Sunday jus to help me out. I greatly appreciate the help. Sorry for knocking over your machine and disconnecting the power cord (I'm really clumsy). I would highly recommend this company.

showed up when Terry said he would, vert neay in apperance, showed him the area that needed cleaning and he got right on it. It took him about an hour to complete the job. My wife and I are very pleased with Terry's work and will use him in the future.
